No it doesnt as 42% are not in agreement with the ban

Are you suggesting my opinion is wrong?

In a spirit of friendly discussion and due respect me try to convince you otherwise.
If the majority view isn't enough pretty pointless having a poll. Which sort of makes me wonder why have it in the first place. Last I me I checked 50.01% was a majority. And to have over half of the vote when don't knows are included is landslide country....

Your teashop has never had that level of support and he/ she mismanages an entire country... You need better bait paddy.

Good constructive points well articulated with no agenda.
If only the O/P that started this needless rumpus had done the same sort of thing instead of using emotive language and perjorative terms that IMO just displayed their lack of ability to see consequences when looking at a big picture.. Pleased to see the poll seems to have put this one to bed.......
And the poll put this one to bed because ....?

You did notice that the poll was for one question only, didn't you? Or is it more hope than anything else on your part? Also rather guilty of motive language and perjorative erms yourself if you read back, aren't you?

So you want a poll for very question? Fill your boots.
The original thread was flavoured entirely by the language and perceived motivations used by you the originator of the thread. But you I fully expect you to fail to appreciate that.

Perhaps if you read the comments through again, you'll see that a number of people had reservations about the question, maintaining that the question was overly simplistic, open etc.

If you read back you will see that most don't. Can't please everybody all the time Neil.

To put this to bed once and for all a better question to ask might be a very simple.
Who on balance believes the current arrangements and how the board moderators perform their task is perfectly adequate and doesn't need changing?

Would you be prepared to live with that? Or is it all about how clever you are at creating debating points for no real reason?

Now where did I call for a poll for one question, far less every question?
When you resort to making things up, you have to accept that you're losing.

... shouldn't we just leave this with the Mods & Supermods? Isn't that the best way to support them?

Anyway your question is open to contradiction and a simple yes/no may well not fit the bill. For instance, I'm sure that 100% would say 'yes' to the part about the Mods doing a great job, but I know for a fact that you would not get 100% agreeing that it is essential that nothing changes. Talk about all or nothing! Being very intelligent yourself, I'm sure the question was very carefully crafted.
