We are a club with multiple departments, all of which are talented in collating and reviewing information, and making recommendations based on that information. In the past, how much attention players pay to their reviews has been a good indicator to the expected level of future commitment (Lallana). At the moment, our reviews are pointing to a number of worrying factors. We are not playing to the clubs preferred formation, despite purchasing players identified as being able to do so. SFC is not an unfeeling corporate machine, and in times of goals aplenty and top eight places there is leeway on our methods, but given that most departments have voiced concerns over the direction and atmosphere of the first team, and those who are seemingly barred from joining it, adding to Koeman's unwillingness to commit and our horrific run of results (Information that has been passed on end)

I would not be surprised if anything less than 6 points in the next 2 games sees Ronald stay until the summer. I am waiting on confirmation, but i enquired as to whether feelers have been put out over a new manager as of yet.

Guan 2.0 is a very reliable poster on Saints Web but I'm amazed that if his paragraph is true that the club are even going to accept the situation as it is. I mean it points to the manager/coaching staff actually ignoring the club 'mission statement' deliberately.

Coupling that with the recent run I would say that would be enough cause for a sacking. Waiting to lose the next two 'important' games and further into the transfer window might be disastrous.

Although I fully admit in allowing the recent run and once again today's defeat has contributed to my hyperbole. :emoticon-0100-smile
 
I simply cannot see him being sacked now though, with the transfer window upon us. Unless the manager ( who ever it is) has very little say on who comes in or out, Aka the black box team.....
 
Trouble with Ron is he is too honest. He says how he feels instead of thinking maybe I shouldn't say anything. That isn't going to help his case when we are playing ****. Slagging off the whole academy was a bad idea.

Unless they are looking already.Then get the guy in after the WBA game. Say it takes 5 days to get a manager in that would make it the 21st. Plenty of time to discuss players.

After Guan 2.0's post I'd say Koeman is as good as gone and this is the problem, just because Tim Sherwood is a bit of a knob and was rubbish at the Villa job does not mean he will be crap here - he might turn out to be the perfect fit, who knows?

True. In fairness to SFC, If they believed poch with his Year to go on his contract, to soon to speak etc.... Now similar with Rk, why risk it again, don't get me wrong Rk seems like a top bloke, but how long can this poor run go on? I honestly hope he turns it around, but......

I don't see what the issue is. It seem's like he is 90% gone and 16/1 is good odds. I may as well make a little cash out of the situation.
