Listening to AVB made me contemplate putting myself into a self-induced coma on a number of occasions.

That's so true. It was a relief that Pochettino hardly spoke any English, but as he gets better he keeps it brief and avoids all bullshit; anyway I won't hear a word said against him atm.

He is "easy on the eye" though, and that cuts him slack with the media.

I was watching a Merseyside derby at my parents awhile back and my Mum said she thought he was good looking. I explained to her that he doesn't know how to build an organised defence but it didn't change her mind at all. I always put it down to being stood next to Rodgers, to be honest.

She really hates Carragher though so she's not all bad.

Aaanyway, Benitez got the sack. Who didn't see that coming?

Roberto Martinez?! Good-looking?!

I don't see it at all <laugh>

Look at him. Now look at Moyes.
Now do you see it? <laugh>

<laugh> That's fair enough to be honest.

I have to say, though, there's not many (objectively) good looking managers in the Prem, currently.

Quique Sanchez Flores isn't bad. AvB was decent looking. Possibly Pochettino, as well? That's pretty much it.

Most of them are getting on a bit and have pretty stressful jobs, though.
I'm sure that their wives love them!

To be fair, even when some of them were younger, they weren't exactly lookers! <laugh>

That's what The Usual Suspects would've been like, if it had been set in the 80s in the UK.
A right group of dodgy individuals.
Van Gaal also looks like he was in The Goonies, for some reason. Hey You Guys!

Damn right Pochettino as well.

Stoke 0 Liverpool 1. Pool 90 minutes from the final. Not sure I can stomach the sight of Klopp strutting around Wembley.

I don't think it will matter if they get there, they won't have any players left if they make it to the final. Klopp's overworking them.

Gary Neville's won his second game with Valencia, so he's had a good few days.
Got Rafa sacked with a draw on the weekend and Negredo scored a hat-trick in a 4-0 win against Granada earlier.
Now if he can only win a league game...

I have nothing against Neville, in fact I quite like him these days, but I can't help but think the way he got that job at Valencia stinks, its jobs for the boys. He owns a football club, why didn't he manage them first. Taking your first managerial job in a top league and not being able to speak the language is just daft IMO.

On the other hand, you could argue there are too many know it all pundits who are quite cosy sitting in a TV studio spouting crap instead of getting up off their backsides and trying to put their views into practice.

Personally, I admire him for getting out there, putting his balls on the chopping block and actually making a go of it.

Everton looked close to making it a two goal gap, then straight down the other end and it's 1-1.
Unlikely scorer in Navas, too. He doesn't get many for a winger.

2-1! That didn't last long. Another goal for Lukaku, but he looks hurt. He's been on immense form recently.
