MISS SPENT 8/1 Ludlow 3.50
Nicely bred debutant being a half brother to Oscar Rock who himself beat Gone Too Far & Vago Collonges in his bumpers. Yard can ready one to win first time and the odds look attractive.

Looked at this one too last night as its mentioned in the Sportinglife, also could have had 8/1 but left it alone. Seen it is now as low as 11/4.

Have backed TOUCH OF STEEL 2.25 Muss, SEWN UP 2.35 Wolv, GREEK ISLANDS and TANGRAMM in 3.10 and 3.40 Wolvs.

Hello, all. Hope everyone well and had a great Christmas. And Happy New Year!

Nothing for me today but there should be something later in the week, pilgrims. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more...

So which horse most impressed you over the Christmas Festive time period??? For me it has to be CAMPING GROUND. Cor blimey he galloped them into submission and you have to say he looked better the further he went. World Hurdle and then ‘King George VI Chase’ this year, perhaps?!? I wouldn’t bet against this happening as he looked some animal on ‘New Years Day’.

And what a most topical winner as well following dear, dear Barbara Windsor being ‘Damed’ in the ‘New Years Honours List’. ‘Carry On Camping’ (‘fling and in, fling and in’ and all that) being her most popular film, of course. Congrats to Dame Barbara, by the way. Haven’t seen the full ‘Honours List’ but I understand some right waifs and strays are included this term...

Good luck all.

As Gaz says we now are playing for only two places, typical. I hope of course that we will not be worried about the number of places and that it hoses up. As low now as 9/4 and being backed to the exclusion of pretty much everything.

As well as the single I have done an each way double with SAM FAIRYANN in the Musselburgh bumper. The yard has an outstanding strike rate with their bumpers at the track. Tooks 8's about this one too and one or two nibbles for it now.

Makbullet here at Musselburgh. I put it up last time out at 50s and it ran a blinder in 4th. Hoping it comes on for that and should go close. Only got 11s today

Long Run may be running at Taunton next week. Don’t forget though that this term he’s minus one huge component in his glory years.
