Is there any example of a DoF that actually works? Especially one that was angling for 'jobs for the boys' when Redkrapp quit. It seems now that particular ruse ended disastrously there has been no Plan B and most of his signings have been turkeys. Add that to a clueless starstruck chairman and you have QPR 2015 being a damn sight worse than QPR 2011, thanks Tony...

He has to be held some way accountable for the current malaise.
I wouldn't disagree but do we really know enough to be calling for his head or in some cases pinning the blame for everything on him? On the field it's the same old ****e but we did sign a clutch of promising young players (Chery, Luongo, Gladwin, Smithies, Polty etc) and although they haven't been utilised correctly so far it is a far cry from previous rebuilding attempts and surely SLF had a hand in this direction?

This is right in my opinion. Ferdinand made statements about the need to change our transfer policy and was as good as his word. Some of the signings may prove not to be good enough, but if they don't play how will we find out? A series of managers have continued to pick the 'seasoned pros' and they have continued to let us down. The treatment of Luongo in particular has been shameful.

jfh is clueless im afraid its going to be bad for us but on the positive there is a storm blowing against ferdinand
im expecting massive crowd demonstrations hes upset everybody sacking steve gallen seems to have been the final straw,so im expecting les ferdinand jfh and chris ramsey to be shipped out
but if this is true im wandering is there any way we can get mark warburtan because he did a great job at brentford with no money, imagine how much money we have got comming in from the sale of charlie austin and sandro
this certainly is going to be more easy to bring a new manager into the club if we can give them 15 million to spend on new players but we had better hope they stop jfh from spending any money as sadly i dont think hes ever bought a player yet i hope tony fernandes has learnt a very hard lesson in life which is
DONT EVER PUT SOMEBODY IN CHARGE OF A FOOTBALL TEAM WHO HAS NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL BECAUSE MANAGERS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND

Are you sure Ferdinand isn't picking the team or at least providing some framework to the Managers. I wonder.

i think it matters not if ferdinand is picking the team or not its him that has fallen out with jet and so we are not able to pick a player whos played ten times and scored five goals that kind of prolific finishing could have changed the hull result in our favour

Yep Luongo worked his socks off and was one of the only bright sparks early on. Makes me sick that the likes of Fer have been picked ahead of him.

Even if we do sell Austin and Sandro for £15m I can't see it all being made available to the manager.

Be lucky if its half that

I would make very little of it available in this window. Get the best out of what you have, then make your assessment of what needs to be done during the summer. We can't continue to rack up losses.

Perhaps we need some tough love at this point with the current squad to consolidate ourselves in this division, avoiding relegation, rather than the usual twice yearly revolving door. We should be able to achieve that with the current squad, even minus Charlie & Sandro (Phillips & Fer?), perhaps bring in a lower league goal scorer to help in that department.

well i think your find its all gone too far now the hate of ferdinand has reached fever point why didnt the idiot put kevin blackwell in charge he after all had warnock on 24-7 phone call out and warnock would have been thee at wqeekends to hand out all the rollockings
jfh deceision to destroy that midfield partnership that warnock created of sandro, leroy fer and warnock has now
shown the qpr fans that what we really have is nothing more than a complete baboon running the team on this message board you are mostly lovely people who like tony want to give one hundred per cent love but football
isnt about love its about love and being nasty, and like oxygen is needed to create a gas explosion you need both concepts to create a successfull manager i think the hull manager couldnt believe his luck when he heard that hasselbaink was breaking up the triology of power in midfield

I think the whole criticism of Sir Les - and others at the club (Tony Fernandes) - is overblown, exacerbated no doubt by poor fare on the pitch.

That's not only trite bullshit but a recipe for anarchy and unaccountability. Teddy Roosevelt was a dynamic character but a sore loser. Whose cause is most worthy?
