Knockara Beau has to be worth a dabble in the 2.30. He won the Cleeve Hurdle here on heavy a couple of years back in a race where Big Bucks was coming back from in jury. 25/1 on the tissue.

Happy new year all. Thanks for all the tips, competitions and general banter throughout the year. What better way to kick off the new year than at Cheltenham. My darts for tomorrow:

    1.20 Three Musketeers 3/1

    1.55 Mon Successuer 11/2

    2.30 Ron’s Dream 7/1

3.05 Cole Harden (Greaterix gives him a strong mention in his column)

Fhouse 2.00-Nickname Exit 3/1(Betfair)-Runs off a nice mark reverting over hurdles with the excellent claimer Jack Kennedy on board.Won on heavy ground a couple of weeks back and I can see this one going off a lot shorter come race time.

Happy new year one and all.
I think there is a plot in the 3.05 At HQ . I've been waiting for this to horse to run again. I'm talking about camping ground. He was all over al ferof before unseating at Huntingdon. He has previously finished in front of (oddly alert) thistlecrack in the imperial cup.
It's only my opinion, and it doesn't count for much on here, but let me dream.
    Cheers.

A happy new year to all, may it be one in which the winners far outweigh the losers, but may we all be able to smile through both.

Happy new year all! I overheard one of the travelling lads at the pipes saying champers on ice would be winning....

Stick can probably better direct you in the bumper but I'll be on The Blue Bomber. Looks decent value at around 8s

Interesting that Shark Hanlon sends one over for the bumper.Betting market suggests this one has no chance!

    12.45- Cheltenham- ALTERNATIF- 5/2

Not the most competitive races held here, he won well at Fontwell lto and altho he has gone up 4lbs since That win the form has been boosted and he has run well at Cheltenham before so will take all the beating

Some small stakes on MINELLA ROCCO- went off favourite the race before is now 12/1 outsider way too big now had some good promising hurdle runs and altho he has not won over fences he is very easy to back and you can forgive his mistake lto that made him pull up

Also MR MOLE altho carrying top weight is dropping back massively in grade altho not up to G1 grade is still better than this lot even with the weigh he has to give away and 16/1 looks to big for a horse that at the very least get placed
