It seems inevitable he will move on, maybe a loan move for the remainder of this season with an option to buy? With our striker situation as it is, and still in 4 comps. we need to get someone in
Talented player, needs to sort his attitude out but would be a good fit I reckon. Think we'll be moving for Byram soon.
Excuse me Jim my but what about your English tax on this one. For me every alarm bells rings. 1. 23mil fee? 2. Attitude. 3. What he delivered? Surely we can get a lot more for that fee.
Dunno. We would need to be clear on hg rules on this as we must ensure that we don't fire out half decent locals who are fully hg and end up finding in Europe that these guys can't fill the squad. I think he might go to tribunal. The mad lad at Leeds would try and ruin any move for the lad potentially. However.... delle alli shows what not moving can end up doing.
I've seen him play many times and believe me he just isn't anything special, many better players out there I don't want him anywhere near my club.
To be fair, he's played under sh*t, defensive managers who haven't been able to get the best out of him. Stylistically, he could be suited to us. Not saying I want him, but at a very good price, could be a good option.
Don't we struggle against the smaller sides? Could be exactly what we need PS...he's a member of the same "**** family" as Sterling; poor attitude, poor player and the head **** as his agent
ffs On Berahinho, a loan for the remainder of the season would be ideal for all..........We bolster our attacking options, commit to nothing but an option to buy dependant on price, Berahinho gets some game time and he's out of Pulis and West Brom's hair for the time being. I thought I heard that player and agent had parted company, but I may be wrong
Funbily enoigh I was going to correct it but couldn't be bothered Loan could work, especially as we are short on options at the moment, I guess it depends what plans Pullis has for him. Only problem would be I doubt they would want to lose that option for a small loan fee knowing they couldn't get anyone in to replace using that money.
Yeah, WBA may see it like that, although when was the last time he played? It's been a while and there is clearly bad blood between Pulis and Berahinho. It's an option, I'm sure we are looking at many others
They're probably hoping Spurs / City come back with a bid of £25m and get rid so they can invest back into the squad with a couple of new players. It's a funny one because he's scored 3 goals and barely played so normally you'd say they are eager to get rid, but someone who has barely played wouldn't command a big fee. If they don't sell do they keep hold, keep not playing him and decrease his value even more for summer?
People actually want Berahino?? This board has gone mad. Torres, Suarez, Sturridge, Benteke, Berahino. We would literally be confirmed a mid table club.
This is a great post. It's got something for everyone. Is it a very smart play on irony or is it a sliding scale into mediocrity... I choose to say yes bentekevis as good as shared you are right jaffa. Well done <bandit> I might choose to interpret it differently tomorrow though.
