    Morning chaps,

Regular lappie is in A&E to see if it can survive, and this old sod is like a flashing neon sign. Just as well I'm not epileptic! Hopefully be back on regularly soon.

Got to pick up on Evans on the radio. I agree with the Don: it was in Evan's tone that he wasn't happy about Erwin, but I'm not sure how much of the blame was apportioned to him, and how much to the clubs coaches. There was more said about Botaka too - it wasn't so much him not taking advantage of his opportunity that got him dropped from the bench - Evans mentioned that there were people ahead of him who deserved reward/recognition for their efforts, presumably in the form of a seat on the bench. The inference I took from this was that Coyle & Philips had been on fire & he had to show them he was impressed.

With reference to the above from WJ and a previous posting from myself, i think many of us, myself included, might of underestimated Evan somewhat, his statements are constructive and to the point, he has got players beleiving in themselves and playing for places.........lets see how we fair over the festive season which is a trying time for teams and squads, oh and lets not forget the fans, especially ours <ok>

I was thinking pretty much the same in regards to the festive period Whites... A couple of wins and expectations will rocket and all eyes on the transfer window or a couple of defeats and we just appreciate a purple patch that probably keeps us safe.

I don't think so, I think we've just won a couple games and fans are getting excited again as is always the case.
