Not sure what to think of this. It hints at someone in particular (likely a friend of someone touted to be the next Swansea manager) but I'll hold my tongue until I hear facts.
An anonymous "journalist " who through his very anonymity can write and publish crap without having any supporting direct quotes from anyone directly employed by the Club . Not brave enough to put his name to an article , yes it must be true

What are they on about though. All very cagey. Apparently Ayew has worked with Biesla before, is that what they are alluding too. Who knows? Sounds cr*p to me.

There was surely no way of Ayew knowing we'd go in for Biesla though?

The whole thing was about people outside the club spreading rumours about Monk possibly getting sacked awhile back and refusing help on his staff I believe .
Someone from the club , was telling someone outside the club ( who despised Monk ) and they passed it on to the media . Just an opinion about what this article is alluding too , Monk was pretty upset at the time and talked about outside people with an "Agenda " against him .Could be wrong but might be right .

This has happened far too often. That's why I'm glad the entire coaching staff (excluding Curtis) got kicked out too.
We need a fresh start, and dare I say it, that might include the need to move Ash on too.

Didn't know too much about all the coaching staff (except Curtis) to be honest. When James Beattie joined us though OK seems like a good move. Didn't expect him to be so good at coaching Gomis to be offside 25 times a game and shoot towards the corner flags. Thank God he has gone. It all went downhill from then.

Under ML, our football declined over a period of months. With Monk it happened within the space of 2 games, progressively getting much worse each game. Something big must have happened behind the scenes imo. Hopefully the full story comes out this time.

No facts = a load of bollox written by a man with no name.

I'd tend to agree. But we debated for over a year over the ML sacking rumours. Add this to what Gylfi allegedly said about Monk not congratulating Iceland and with the nose dive in form from the team, it all feeds fuel to the speculation fire.

We don't need outside help, we do a good job of that on this forum <laugh>

This has clearly come from the Garry Monk camp, and it has to be said it is very disappointing indeed, thank goodness all his coaching team were fired as well, with the obvious exception of Curtis, who would never get involved in such garbage, move on Monk will you............<ok>

Basically Monk was sacked because someone (I cant tell you who) said something ( I am not allowed to say what) which led to another guy doing something (again this is top secret) which in turn led to his demise. All this information has been given to me by my very reliable source who is very high up in the club and reasons for investigative integrity I can not share his identity, but this information has been verified by another reporter friend of mine from another paper of which I can not divulge.

Hope this clarifies things for everyone. The main thing to remember is that Monk would have turned things around if he had been given more time, more money, a fairy wand and a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, but he is not bitter towards the club at all cos he said so.
