After many years of service and huge success it's a sad day when someone moves on........ https://www.gov.uk/dismissal/overview please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
I dont know how to feel. Its for the best, but this guy has been a major part of my life, beyond "football" i grew up in my teens idolising the man. Always grateful, but happy to be moving forwards!
thing is,everyone will still cheer them on when they score, and they know it. So it wont ever change.
Well done to all those overpaid tossers who decide when and who they play for . What happened to playing for the shirt and the fans I hope whoever comes in doesn't mind if we salute one of our greatest managers on Saturday but I also hope the players get the Reception they deserve Maybe they will offer us half our season ticket money back for not even having the decency to try , but somehow I doubt it. Supported the club through the worst of times but cannot remember a time when the players didn't try . Willian and a few others apart this side will probably be one of the least respected league winning teams by there own fans Gutted
I'm obviously not going to be fan of the guy but he brought you lot success and throughout this season you've all been loyal to the guy and backed him through a rough patch where some fans would have turned on their manager. Bunch of plastics with your silly flags is what we rivals call you, but not this season.
Totally agree with this....... but i have been thiss pissed off before Mcreadie,Gullit,Jose the last time and di matteo..they deserved more from the club....
I have also felt like that armchair it's the players attitude that makes it seem so bad this time. Don't play blue is the colour this sat half of this team don't even know the significance of that song to us or past teams
Playing for the shirt and the fans died with Sky TV. Players have no time for the fans at all. Watered down football for watered down fans.
Those watered down fans may be a side effect of sky but what about us who sell out every away game as well as home They should still play for the shirt and fans as well as the stupid amounts of money they get (not earn ) I wish I could just go to work and make no effort and see if my manager gets sacked
Jose's philosophy was to get the players to play for him, because when he wasn't important they didn't. They should be playing for themselves, they should see that regardless of the manager they are a squad that can advance all of their individual career goals. They don't even need to play for the club or the fans. The team Jose created wasn't made just of players. Inside the ring of wagons were coaches and all the support staff. When Jose decided to throw a couple of the Chelsea Family, he created, outside the circle to be scalped by the waiting injuns, everyone else must of wondered if they might be sacrificed next to appease his vanity. That was the moment Jose lost all and was always going to be sacked. Worst still instead of being scalped the Injuns pitied the poor outcasts and poured scorn on Jose. He hadn't cut out what he believed was poison, he tore a wound that was never going to heal.
He's not getting £40m. He's going to be paid until he gets another job, with a maximum period that will run out at the start of next season. So no golden handshake for him today.
Sorry but I seriously hope Chelsea get relegated now. I am fed up with managers being bullied out of jobs by over paid pampered players, that i wouldn't even waste my spit on for free. This all started over that female med...so poxy what...get over it, all the bloody do gooders of political correctness gone PAZZO! But its ok because when Chelsea go down, all the players will still get their contracted nice little earners. If Chelsea didn't win the players need their butts kicked for what they are paid, they are making a laughing stock out of all of you, all hyped up by the media. Maybe Terry had his hand in their somewhere, litterally, would explain a lot. Lived by the sword and died by it.
Let's see how the caretaker does, will he turn things round straight away? I'm going to say no. Chelsea have some difficult matches in the very near future. They've vastly over achieved by the most unbelievable luck over the last few years. Nobody can convince me that AVB and RDM are good enough to win the CL. The penalty which shouldn't have been against WBA when they were behind at home and drew in the 92nd minute thanks to that dive. Hand ball goals, deflections, offsides own goals, injury time goals and iffy penalties handed a lot of points to Chelsea. Drogba's arm against Spurs, the list goes on and on.
