Hes no doubt a great little player and 2/3 years ago I thought he was exactly what we needed. Someone to put away all the chances we are creating.... Problem is he doesn't really get involved in build up and at the moment I don't se e how he'd fit as Benteke is similar in that respect.

No doubt give him a chance in the 18 yard box and he'd finish it for you though.

Beneteke goes into the box and stands by his marker, if the marker doesn't go to him first. Hernandez gets goals because he pops up unmarked in the box. he doesn't always put them away, but in that respect he'd be an improved version of Lallana (who NEVER seems to put them away) as opposed to Benteke.

On the management merry-go-round front, if Pep goes to City, Hiddink to Chelsea, Jose to Madrid and Ancelotti to Bayern - does that just leave Rafa to Unturd? I really hope he's not THAT desperate.

After being decent for most of his time at Dortmund, if he can do something with Liverpool over the next 18 months there will be a few big teams looking at him :emoticon-0100-smile

Maybe, but you might want to read what he's previous said about those clubs ;)

Yep, classic call of someone who doesn't think the chance will come. Once the offer is made it could be surprising how quick that attitude changes.

Klopp doesn't seem the type to not back his words but I guess time will tell.
