It's clear to see that our defensive record has improved massively recently, is it the fact that we are playing Hall? Ned playing better? playing a lot more defensive as a team?

Would suggest it's all of the above but the massive difference for me is our 2 defensive mids, much better players, working together, playing to their strengths and acting as a much better foil to break up attacks. Just hope we can find a nice mix and get back to scoring, hopefully Charlie will be playing tonight and end Brighton's unbeaten run!

True, but we were scoring a lot of goals too,and they've completely dried up.Without Austin we don't really pose any immediate threat on goal,if he does leave god knows what we're gonna do for goals! Hall has been superb, and in my eyes our player of the season so far.

Well he is leaving soon enough, just hoping Jimmy sorts out our attacking options, clearly playing Phillips up front isn't working, doesn't really give us an outlet or target man. Thought JET looked decent enough and would think the likes of Chery and Fer would be able to play really well off of the big man

Having a settled back four, with Hall playing particularly well, and giving them decent defensive cover from midfield certainly helps. However, playing more sensibly defensively certainly hasn't done much for our goal-scoring, has it? Quite an amazing turnaround from free-scoring/leaking like a sieve to 0-0 specialists!
