Less than 5 as it has been for my prediction about Chelsea.

That HUGE wheel of life keeps turning, the wheel which dictates what goes around comes around, just as it has done again for Chelsea. The Manchesters have struggled in the past with City going down to the old Division 3 and Utd were second bottom when Ferguson took over. The signs are there again.

Chelsea have been punching well above their weight in recent years and have had a HUGE amount of luck. Too many coaches is also bad for a team as is a returning coach.

Now LVG's job is on the line and Ancelotti has been named to succeed him.................a mistake. Antonio Conte has been named for Chelsea........a mistake.

Absolutely but if you're going to waste it, might as well do so at the best odds.

I figured this out last season when Ibra tackled Oscar which led to his red card and the Chelsea players did their usual hounding of the ref. Costa ran from one end of the pitch to the other to confront the PSG player then suddenly did a little diversion and slowed down his run when he realised it was Ibra.

You'll also be getting your arses handed to you by PSG, a side that are 17 points clear at the top of the table and are undefeated. Either way, it's better to be 2nd than where you are at the moment.

Enjoy the Championship next season, dullard.

Could've put it better myself - latest bit of wallowing is the sense of betrayal? At the end of the day Jose picks the team and he should know the players state of mind; the only way we can get to relative safety is to try and play our way out of this, to do that we have to take chances ( something that is not in Jose's box of tricks). Getting close to the point of no return because this is getting beyond a joke.

I keep expecting you lot to turn this around but it just doesn't happen. What surprised me last night was that it wasn't just tactics and systems, lack of belief it was that Leicester roughed you up, bullied you and then did the job of scoring and winning the game.
I don't see a way back for José this isn't a slump where you are unlucky the team have lost the fight that was in them they are not playing for the manager or the shirt.
Chelsea need to look to the future and employ a manager who can build a squad and back it up with a youth system that trusts it's young players to come in and do a job.
Get rid of Costa and Fabregas they don't want to be there. Consider selling Hazard he would command a big fee and the money could be used to strengthen.
Jose did a great job winning you titles but he has not built a squad and does not seem to have an interest in developing the club as a whole, he's a head coach not a manager and is a great example of someone who needs a DOF to build the infrastructure at the club. I don't think he's willing to accept that and will get the sack because of his inability to change.
The next big question is does the owner realise all this? If not you could end up appointing the wrong man and really be in trouble.

Think i can live with one bad season after the last special 10 or so....
Still think jose will learn from this and will come back better for it.

That's the chance you take I suppose, can he turn it around? Like I said I keep expecting it to happen but it just doesn't. You are right in that he has to learn from his mistakes if he is to stay on as manger.

He's the most successful manager in our history...
Sacking him would be a huge mistake in my opinion.

I'm not completely disagreeing with you, I do though believe he has to change and look at the club as whole and drive all aspects of it forward.

Can you imagine if he dropped idiots like Hazard?

He is probably afraid of that becoming another stick to be beaten with, by the Chelsea fans.
