Felix Yonger will be too strong for this lot tomorrow and 13/8 is a very fair price.

Can't see Cork being on. Think there's a cracking bet in the Navan bumper on one of THE most impressive bumpers I've seen this season. The horse in question is Mrs Harringtons Our Duke (13/8) and he walloped one of Elliot's by the length of the straight at Punchestown the last day. Elliot's has come out itself and won impressively since. Intriguingly/worryingly Elliot has the second jolly tomorrow and it's getting strongly backed the evening, but I've got to go with what I seen and I think we saw a potential top notcher at Punchestown.

Hopefully both Irish meetings get the green light.

Ross O' Sullivan has a lively chance with Call it Magic at 6/1 in the opening maiden hurdle at Navan. Call it Magic hacked up in a PTP before winning his bumper nicely at Cork giving a nice weight carrying performance that day. The Giggy runner is obviously well regarded as the market suggest but with Ruby booked to do the steering, hopefully he can give Call it Magic a nice clean round and come home in front.

Looking forward to seeing Ttebbob over his fences again too, created a nice visual impression on his chase debut and looks a very nice prospect over the big ones for Jessie Harrington.

My regular readers will recall I put up the Ttebob on his last engagement only for it to be called off STH. With the beast 4/6 I decided not to nominate him but he probably should be 1/3 imo.

Anibale Fly has rock solid bumper form to his name, has heavy ground form and is mysteriously not the favourite to win the first at Navan on Sunday. If it goes ahead, and i believe early morning inspections all round the courses tomorrow, then he should be a fair bet at 7/2 and i imagine i'll get a very nice run for my money. The Mullins double winner may be smart but you wouldn't think so based on the form of his bumpers, which have basically been pretty crap.

Moore wins the first at Sha Tin. His style of riding will be suited to the track and local race development.
In the mile I'm going to have a small investment on Giant Treasure, formerly known as Sea Defence in the UK. I saw him run 3 weeks ago and with a more enterprising ride from Soumillon could have won a Group 2 on this track, or at least been in the shake up. As it was he finished a length behind Able Friend who doesn't seem the power he once was. I'm hoping Soumillon commits Sea Defence a little earlier in the race this time.

Mmmmmm... Moore wins the mile and the place odds (2-1) on Giant Treasure were skinny. Hasn't won a race in HK but must be rated the top miler now.

Moore should probably have got nearer in the last of the International races.A Japan 1-2.

Think the whole of Ireland was on McGregor last night Ste (except me!). Another who talked the talk and walked the walk. No one can take that power, Aldo was taking on a monster last night!

Lovely couple of novice events at Navan.

Looking forward to seeing outsider Chesterfieldavenue in the race with Belshill.

Cracking maiden win Aninale Fly in it, who impressed me last year. However the conditions should play nicely to Sizinguptheamazon for Jim Dreaper providing he has schooled well.

Nice start Bob. Really good maiden that was, one to follow. Not often you get an Elliot one going off 100/1 either!

Looks like Ttebbob is a fair way ahead of Sizing John if we are using Lord Scoundrel as a marker.
