Isn't this just the same story as the one back in October? Shades of the whole furore over Gerrard meriting only one 'top'.

SAF gives a twenty odd minute interview discussing a wide range of topics, says two sentences about Liverpool and the internet explodes. About three days ago, Klopp called SAF "a role model for every manager" and no one noticed.

Still, I bet it gives SAF a wee chuckle that, two and a half years after he retired, everyone is still hanging off his every word and looking for the hidden meaning in all that he says.

Fergie's domestic record happened an nobody saw it coming, especially the thousands of Utd matchgoing fans that wanted him sacked.
Seems it's ok for you to "cling onto" Utd's domestic success but its not ok for us to do the same about our superb European success.


More than a hint of hypocrisy there Shtan.
 
People are worried because SAF is a smart man especially about MIND GAMES.What he said about Jose Mourinho also people are reading between the lines. People are not stupid.

I never saw it coming. I was happily dawdling along enjoying the occasional FA Cup win and then BOOM! 13 more titles!

Not sure I said that (actually pretty sure I didn't!) but if that's what happens then that's what happens. I grew up with a relatively unsuccessful United team so I don't have that sense of entitlement that is prevalent in supporters of clubs that are successful when they're young fans and/or started supporting a team purely because they're successful at the time.

Same non point you were trying to make with your Terry Mac PIC tbf,

He had the hairdo and muzzy thing for years at Newcastle, but then again hundreds of players had the same stupid look going on, but you only seem to remember LFC's contingent.

How sad for you.

well you said you were happy before ferguson arrived. it stands to reason now he's left and you've won nothing you'll be happy to revert to type wit hthe odd FA cup every now and again.

I'm glad however you won't be deserting your club like so many who bought a cheslea shirt after their utd one and then a city one.

Can of worms that one you'll be using the term "out of towner" next. Both of our clubs have fans from all over the world. We have a big following in Asia and Australia, you lot have a large following in Dagenham and Surrey.
