Well a similar result on Tuesday will be much welcomed, least we have shown we can score goals with so many creative players out.

Well despite the jitters an excellent day where Spurs, City and United dropped points and only us and Leicester gained the maximum! Plus Giroud and Ramsey got amongst the goals (and then some!) just need to sort out our effing defence.

But I'm sure Sunderland will cause lots of teams problems for the rest of the season now they've got Big Sam in charge...

Agreed. As I said earlier the key will be goals from midfield.

Ramsey and Ozil need to start chipping in.

Well we are second in the table a point ahead of City and Utd. Equal best Goal difference in the league with City.

Leicester are two points ahead but play Chelsea next while we play Villa, a chance for us to go top of the table before the Christmas fixtures come thick and fast.

Good result today. Had to win.

We've gained ground on City and United. Also Spurs dropped points too so that takes some pressure off.

Good to see the workhorse and goal poacher Ramsey hit the ground running, thought Theo looked sharp'ish too.
Ozil is just off the planet!

Ozil is playing incredibly this season, he has goals or assists in 10 consecutive premier league games, 14 combined goals and assists in 15 games, he is creating chances for fun, he could have even higher stats if our finishing was better! The only games he hasn't contributed at least one goal or assist in the league this season are the opening loss to West Ham, the 0-0 with Liverpool (though I think he may have set up the Ramsey goal that was onside but ruled offside, can't remember) and the Chelsea shambles.

His passing is on a completely different level to any player we have had for years.

The great thing about Ozil is that he will only continue to get better, he is entering the peak stages of his career.

Well done lads. A game where one team took their chances and well deserved. I'm not downhearted, thought we played well. Spirited

You had the better chances, we just had the better finishing, and some good fortune on the third goal. Overall though, the game was a fair match, despite us having most of the ball, you didn't seem too bothered by that, nor did you get fatigued as many other teams usually do, you kept at it, and with better finishing, could have taken the lead.
