Where are Bolton wandering to? League 1 at the moment <laugh>

  • Bolton have won each of the last 11 home league encounters with Cardiff, the last time they failed to take all three points was 1973/74.
  • However, Cardiff did manage to beat Bolton 1-0 at the Macron Stadium in an FA Cup third-round fixture in January 2014.
  • The Bluebirds have failed to score in five of their last seven league visits to Bolton.
  • The Trotters have netted 14 goals in the last six league games home and away against Cardiff (W5 D1).
  • Cardiff have scored more headed goals than any other Championship side (9).
  • The Bluebirds have a joint-league-high 47% of goals scored with headers (level with Charlton).
  • The Trotters are enduring the current longest winless run in the division, going 12 games without victory.
Fabio could return for Malone, which would be a boost.
Is this a must win considering the three or four teams between us and the playoffs?. Plus Bolton are bottom?
 
For what it's worth Sheepy, I've just stuck a tenner on a City win at 9/5.

If we do get in front I may be tempted to cash out early given how the Burnley game went............<laugh>

Mind goes back to Cardiff 1 Peterborough 2 a few years back when we were top and they were rock bottom..,begs the question, when did we beat a bottom of the table side? <cool>
