Wow! Football hey!?

Steve Clarke, goes for talks at Fulham. Decides to turn them down and stay loyal to Reading.....

...Couple of weeks later, he is sacked.

Ouch!

Indeed - I typed this earlier this morning but obviously forgot to hit 'post reply' <doh>

BREAKING: @ReadingFC have this morning relieved manager Steve Clarke of his duties.

Which, with Reading in 9th place - and one (1) point outside the play-offs, is totally unfathomable?
Insane. Who's just become available?

Will Warnock leave or move upstairs at QPR?

Last night's Boro win made me smile... We have Suarez, one of the best players in the world, who has an incredible record against us, the bane of Norwich City.

And Ipswich have an equivalent. David Nugent. 15 goals in 14 games against them - apparently he's scored every time he's faced them!

Not much for the (pitiful) 17,662 to get their teeth into last night - apart from another beating from the boys in yella <ok> <laugh>

Edit: Our home attendances roughly equal those of Ipsquit (17,662) Southend, (last home game 7,117) and ColWho (lhg 2,602 :emoticon-0112-wonde!) combined...Pride of Anglia?? No contest <ok> :)

Interesting and I can really see it happening!!! <ok>
I wouldn't be shocked if we do see Rudd in goal. I do wonder if this will knock Ruddy's confidence even more or make him work hard to regain his position back.

Crikey - Stoke leading Citeh 1-0.
Edit - now 2-0!!!! Amoutivic with both goals.

OH!! Butland pulls off a fantastic save - I'm not sure he'll still be a Stoke player by February next year.

After such an uninspired (alias, poor!) performance last weekend, I'd suggest his confidence is in tatters anyway. And what's the point of having a second and third keeper in the squad if they never get a game. Soul destroying.
