Only mistake in that article is the assumption at the end that there is some kind of strategy. Unless it's a magic invisible strategy. Nobody's plan is to throw away £250m, even if they can afford to. Imagine the good use that amount of cash could have been put to.
 
It doesn't tell us anything we didn't already know. Does anybody have a clue what direction we're going? We're further away now than we were when the Goons departed...

The long term plan is to build thousands of flats. Sadly, that offers no direct benefit to putting on a decent show every Saturday/Friday/Thursday (Sky will delete as appropriate).
