SBC, I can't be having Bobs worth for the national off any mark. He's just not a natural over the larger obstacles and showed that again in the Hennessy. He's just too small and I'm glad Hendo has said he'll go back to hurdles.

33/1 available for the ‘World Hurdle’.

Yeah, what a good idea. I think you should put that forward. I am sure he will love doing that, after all he is well known for putting corinthians on horses that they don't deserve to ride.

That’s a bit harsh, old boy. Although to be strictly accurate he doesn’t put the Corinthian you are alluding to up. It’s the owner that insists upon that.

In other Mr Henderson news I see he has made 2 highly contrasting entries re Sign of A Victory on Saturday – (i) in a £60,000 Listed 2 mile handicap hurdle and (ii) a 12 furlong all-weather maiden at Wolverhampton. What’s the great man up to, me wonders?!?

Catterick 2.50-Syrian Star win 9/4
Ludlow 2.40-Jayo Time 4/1 win

You don't see me putting up many in a Catterick bumper of all places, but Northern Irish trained River Dun 2/1 should be good enough to justify short odds. The trainer has had several successful raids at small English venues before and this runners form was franked recently too.

Boooom Dicky brings Cyrian Star home.Thought a few dodgy jumps in the straight would cost me but drove him out on the run in to win.
Switching codes im going to have a little flutter on Liverpool to beat Southampton away -1 9/2.I've haven't been impressed with the Saints last performances and Liverpool are playing with alot more confidence under Klopp.I think Liverpool might take this game a little more seriously as well

Paul Maloney broke his leg in last race.Which him well on a personal level, find it hard to warm to him as a punter though!

Not the best raid that <laugh>

Afternoon gents !,not been on here for a while - quick question regarding the tingle creek day this sat. I am going for the day out and wondered if there were any entries in the supporting card that took anyone's fancy ?

An absurd statement for a horse that has won the RSA, Hennessey Gold cup, and THE Gold cup!!!

i think his class has always got him through but i don't think he finds fences easy nor seems to enjoy them anymore. Seems much happier and better suited to hurdles imho...he's also unbeaten over them. If he was my horse I would definitely keep him to hurdles. I think he would have a serious ew chance in the world hurdle.

Shame, I thought the track would find him out especially with Special Tiara in the race, his Arkle and Punchestown form looks very weak.

I would draw a line under the punchestown run. He was probably over the top and didn't seem to enjoy the fast ground. He still got the job done though. I reckon it will take a good one to go past him on gs or s ground.
