I have to say I am a bit puzzled by the difference in opinions between Karl Robinson and Chris Powell on these forums. Powell had a tough job at Huddersfield and MK Dons were the worse side to come to LR this season. Perceptions eh!
Aye, this week is the week, and when we speak about it next week it will be that was the week that was, or TWTWTW (not to be confused with a poster of similar name), or TW3 even, which I never saw first time around but luckily did catch one or two episodes recently, did anyone on here see it in the sixties?
MK Dons lost Afobe and Dele Ali this summer and never really replaced them Still out the relegation zone and above Huddersfield so doing well considering with a newly promoted side Having said that i've got no interest in Robinson as manager either
Yes. Wasn't that the one David Frost made his name in? Seem to remember him being funny in those days, but got way too serious later.
Cos I'm seeing them live for the first time since the play-off final on Thursday, I'm running two scenarios around in my head. 1) They announce the new manager on Thursday and that he'll be watching in the stands. The squad are underwhelmed by whoever it is and play crap. (My normal luck when I see them live.) or 2) They announce on Thursday that Neil has the job or someone the players like and we play really well and get a good win. (Not what I'm expecting but still hoping.) Mind you if it's announced before I leave that it's Sherwood or Powell and they are at the game, I might set an ambush and try and prevent such a tragedy to our club.
