Thought I saw on one occasion Son battling with Oscar with the ball and Oscar wasn't getting anywhere with it. He then kind of "bounced" into Son and then fell on the floor, getting a free kick for his trouble. Of course the commentators (if they noticed) would have said he "won" the free kick, but of course that is simply a symptom of not calling a cheat a cheat. Actually, considering how much the officials are against Chelski (apparently), I'm surprised Oscar didn't get sent off for that. But then again we have a very long list of incidents where Chelski have had the decision go for them and against us.

He is good but we need players that form a team and I aint sure he would fit in our team.
Probably our poorest league performance and yet I thought we were still the better team.
The cries of boring, boring Chelsea couldn't be any truer, they seemed intent on drawing the match bar one chance on target with Hazard that Hugo saved well. For a team built with millions and millions their mentality is god awful, **** club with money.
You could tell we were tired, Azerbaijan took it out of us but we still went for it, albeit often finding a stubborn Chelsea defence and a good keeper in Begovic who made a couple important saves.
Boring game overall, not much else really to talk about, though nice work by Rose to pelt the ball in Willian's face.

Mention of Hazard reminds me of our very own Hazard, former player Mickey. For those who were there yesterday, wasn't he brilliant at half time ? Great interview with Paul Coyte and his genuine love for Spurs was a pleasure to see.
I thought the Chelsea players` diving and over reacting was disgusting, every time they felt even the slightest contact they threw themselves to the ground, and most of the time the referee bought it. That combined with Moanrihno remonstrating to get our players booked every time we made a tackle, just proved how pathetic Maureen and Chelsea are.
I'm certainly not condoning the pitiful play-acting some teams have to resort to in order to get a result, but in all honesty I think Walker and Rose's yellows were fully deserved and stupid on their part. Jan's was also a yellow in most games these days. Only Kane's was borderline imo unless I've forgotten something.
I was also thinking throughout the game, and hated myself for sinking this low, but we know what to expect from a Chelsea side, especially one managed by Petulance incarnate. There are some teams out there where you know you can give it a bit and you'll just get it back just as hard and at the end you'll still shake hands like men. Then there are teams who you know will turn every single niggly challenge into a pantomime and commission their entire backroom staff on the bench to heckle the 4th official throughout the game. Those teams didn't become petulant overnight, they are told to be petulant and melodramatic whenever it could help the team's cause. It's not like we weren't expecting it. So in those games, I'd actually look to our own players to be a bit smarter, a bit more level-headed and simply not rise to the bait. Keep it all as clean and as innocent as possible so that their play-acting yields no benefits for them. Going flying in like Rose did when the ball was going out of play anyway is precisely the opposite of what I'd look for against a Chelsea. Keep that for Stoke, West Brom, Norwich etc.

I enjoyed when he mentioned about how he wished every supporter could experience the moment of walking out through the tunnel as a player and seeing the fans applaud you and go wild, he genuinely cares and loves the fans, top bloke.
