I've told people time and time again that Hoilett is a good player and that he has suffered a complete collapse in confidence. Warnock is reviving that confidence. It's not rocket science!!

We probably won't get there till the Huddersfield game on Dec 28th Beth.

Hoilett has provided scant return for three and a half years, if he can have a last hurrah that makes the difference for us we might just forgive him. Warnock is clearly the key and if Sir Les can't see that we really are fooked...

Sorry Col, while he did run around with lots of energy and positive runs he still has zero end product and has the worse delivery of a Rangers winger since Tony Scully

Got in good positions yesterday and duffed a few crosses

    Never a 9 out of 10

A 7 for effort but lacked quality.

Chery was on the pitch for less than 2 minutes before playing a pass to Phillips that Hoilett just isn't capable of.

Because of his lack of end product Chery's got to be on the pitch ahead of him in that role every time

Hang on there Damage..."Chery beats Hoillet on end product"...were you there yesterday...when Chery, missed an open goal, with just the goalie to beat, following an unselfish cross from Charlie.
Also where you there when Chery waited stood still for a pass out of defence, when a Leeds player nipped in, pinched the ball and had a shot at goal.

Chery is not a championship player, he is too languid and he has missed a number of "open goals" this season before yesterday.
He is another I believe could be nutured by Colin

Read the report and should have given us more credit.
'allowed Austin to make a simple run across the box and head' not to mention the defender was grabbing Charlie who shook him off and ran across perfectly for the header?

    However the best bits were:
'Still we squeezed into the away end along with the other 3,300 masochists'
    and
'massed bank of Leeds fans behind the goal'.
    and
    'travelling support'
    and
    'long suffering away fans'.
    not to forget
'the accompaniment of the sound of 3,300'

    They really are MASSIVE <laugh>

Yep, I was there. Some selective memory from you. With that chance he missed, it followed some excellent one and 2 touch link up play between Chery and Austin. I was there for the one touch passes (not that languid)

I was also there when he curled a ball into the
top corner against Bolton with his weaker foot. I wasn't there for the winner he scored against
Huddersfield. But I was there for the 2 excellent goals against Rotheram. More moments of end product and quality than Hoilett has managed in 4 years. Not bad for a player who isn't a Championship player apparently. Especially one who hasn't had
    years to adjust.

Are we really comparing the end product of a player who got 15 goals and 6 assists in Eredivisie last season vs... Hoilett?

Bit early to write him off as not Championship standard. He's shown flashes of being too good for this dismal league at times. Glorious news if Hoilett is contributing but Chery is ours potentially for a few years. Hoilett, just a few months.

I did not mean he was not championship standard...he is too good for the Championship...I meant he is not what we need in the Championship. He wants too much time.
Continental football is not the same as English championship football (which is usually 100mph blood and guts stuff)
Yes I hope he adjusts, but yesterday when he waited for the ball to come out of defence rather than move to it to get it, I was really worried.
I think Colin could work with him, and he will come good...and a bit of luck to refinding his goalscoring boots would do him no end of good

But yesterday Hoillet was more effective than Chery....another phrase I would never thought I would use
