Was looking those inflatable domes up yesterday. Made by a company called Covair. You can have single or double skinned versions. I think SFC has the biggest one they've made so far. They believe it's the biggest in the UK. They call it a cabledome. Whether that is because it carries stiffening cables in the structure or electrical cables, or both, I don't know. http://covair.co.uk/air-dome-projects/ Cost appears to be about £0.25M + VAT. The pitch is 3G artificial. Extremely impressive, it has to be said. EDIT: You might be interested to know that Man City had a double skinned cabledome installed at their training ground. It measures 34m x 57m. Impressive. Saints one is 81m x 110m. Double the size. It is truly enormous. Thing is, you don't appreciate it unless you can see some people or can see the exits.
Shame we couldn't afford goals to go with it; lads had to use cones. Still, better than jumpers. On the training ground, Citeh's set up is quite impressive. They little stadium for the academy over the bridge from the Etihad and then the community artificial pitch in skyblue next door to that. They have invested a lot of money in all of that.

Why has Tadić been getting annoyed or even angry, at times, in the last few games.? I've been watching a few of the recent games, going back to Swansea, and Dušan looks a bit peeved. Him and Pelle have been moaning at each other, and that goal that he scored the other day at Sunderland had him waving and fist pumping, but he wasn't that pleased. Steve Davis and the rest tried to hug him and he was very reluctant to receive the joy. I want a happy Tadić
*cough* I didn't notice. Thought you just required information. I think you've given me a virtual sore throat.
Yeah, I thought that maybe, but he's not all that fond of his teammates either. The only one who's made him grin from ear to ear recently is Yoshida, during Maya's goal celebration. That was very huggy, friendly. Maybe it's because Graziano and Sadio have a thing going.?
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/chelsea-flattering-deceive-team-best-6825539 Mirror article discussing teams who could take advantage of a gap left by Chelsea. We are included, but haven't got the write ups that other teams get, so presumably we are regarded as outsiders. If history is anything to go by Leicester will fade, but history isn't everything...though they are a bit reliant on a couple of stars. I think Spurs look hot to trot, but I think we have a good chance of top 6. They mentioned, yet again *sigh*, Mane leaving for United....an ambitious team will never sell one of their best players to a rival in January...why can't the media grasp this.
http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/southampton/news/41062/ Article from Saintsweb reporting that we don't have a TV match in January (not sure of BT have announced theirs yet). I noticed this earlier on Sky and was relieved...we will have more games at 3 pm Saturday.
