Seriously looking through our squad, only a few players are away on this international break, the rest are eitheir injured or have not been picked. This has to be the most welcomed international break ever. Ozil has been given a two week break by Lowe which is brilliant management, because he knows that Ozil won't get a winter break and he knows what Ozil can do, so no need to pick him in these pointless friendlies, he is currently our best player so him getting a rest is great news.

The only two players to worry about are Sanchez and Giroud, Sanchez has to travel to South America and play in two competitive and he will play every second, while Giroud is likely to start both games with Benzema too busy blackmailing midgets over sex tapes.

Cech - Has two friendlies and might be rested for one.

Kos - Likely to only feature in one of the friendlies with France having so many quality CB's.
Per - Retired.
Gabriel - Picked by Brazil, but will be lucky to play a single second.
Monreal - Not selected.
Bellerin - Injured.
Chambers - Under 21's.
Debuchy - Not selected.

Coquelin - Not selected.
Flamini - Not selected.
Arteta - Never picked for his country (poor bloke).
Wilshere - Injured.
Rosicky - Injured.
Ozil - Rested.
Ramsey - Injured.
Cazorla - Might feature in one of the two friendlies.
Chamberlain - Injured.

Giroud - Likely to start both games, unless France pick Martial as their CF.
Sanchez - Will start both game and will 100% run himself into the ground in both games.
Walcott - Injured.
Welbeck - Injured.
Campbell - Likely to start both games.

Gordon Bennett, i didn't know it was so bad until you listed our entire squad. It most certainly is the most welcome break ever and kudos to the German manager for resting Ozil, which will probably be the best single decision for the two weeks. I'm also hoping that Cazorla, Kos and Giroud don't get much game time, any of those players get injured then it will have an adverse effect on our form. It also gives the rest of our regulars proper rest and hopefully we'll see Walcott back!

Yeah man, agree,

Thankfully we should have Bellerin, Oxo and Ramsey back for the West Brom game.

Couldn't have come at a better time to be honest, we need this break badly to enable us to get some of our key players back !

We need to be looking at resting Sanchez after this international break for at least a game. He's looked a shadow of himself this last month and really needs a break before a punishing xmas schedule.

But great news that so many of our players are getting a rest.

Ouch, Debuchy was France's number 1 right back just a year ago, and he's not even being selected for friendlies, even though he's one player who could definitely use some playing time? Unfortunately it seems to be going downhill for him, which sucks, the 2 injuries last season have taken a toll on the poor guy.

Our entire right side coming back <diva>
With Theo soon after and then the rest of the injured contingent around December or January. Bring it on.

He's played decent enough in the NLD IMO. Poor bloke was just out of form and needs a run of games to re-establish himself. Sadly for him that won't happen as long as Bellerin is fit.

He needs a run of games as you said, so it's surprising Dechamps didn't even bother calling the guy up for some friendlies.

And to be fair debuchy has been playing at a poor peen standard when he has played this season, besides the nld. Even though he has been coming back from injury and is just regaining fitness. So its hardly surprising they don't consider him ready for international football.

*though I admit it's annoying for us as he's the one player we have who needs game time!

It could be worse, he could get injured in international duty...

Sagna and Jallet have been excellent this season, so it's not really a suprise. France unlike England actually have quality players in every position and have excellent back-ups, even Coquelin can't get a look in.

Credit to Sagna, he is showing what a top quality RB he is, he was always great for us. always vastly underrated in this league. That guy is a proper defender.

He also has a great attitude as well, always put in a 100% for us, never agitated for a big contract, just worked hard until a new contract was offered until the end, and now at Citey even though he's no.2 and not getting many chances, he's still quietly going about his business without causing any problems.

Consummate professional. He also rarely lost his rag.

Totally forgot about Gibbs and Ospina, both have been picked for their respective countries, both could do with the game time, as well.
