I can't bring myself to gloat over a player I dislike having a broken ankle/leg. Not nice for anyone, even that twat. I little decorum needed, me thinks.
No need to be so sensitive, nobody has posted anything along the lines of wishing injury on any players. This thread merely looks at the shade of green that the grass has turned in the garden next door.
I am not being sensitive. I am expressing my view. However there are some posts a little gleeful about a bad injury. Not nice really.
"Dream move" - ahem .................... But I'm with Fats on this one - no-one wishes any player (or other person, actually - unless it's my ex-wife ) illness or injury ...............
I dont know, some players will do anything to get out of taking a penalty! Clearly last season's miss is still on his mind!
This weekend.... Lambert... sub Cork ... sub Chambers... sub Spiderman... sub Lallana... sub Lovren and Shaw both long term injuries Clyne... Only Starter Makings of a good team there...
We need to change this thread title to: "The curse of signing Southampton players" Pochettino next. Then LVG.
I expect we'll see all three defectors starting for Pool at SMS on Dec 2nd the way the fixtures are falling. This game is getting bigger by the day.
Unregistered football agents, secret meetings, Callum went from a promising youngster to a rich bench warmer over night. Has to be money. Love to hear him tell us it was something else.
I'm fully confident we will beat them, not sure why, I'm rarely this confident , but to steal their phrase 'this is our year'. They've won it more than anyone, time for someone else to have a go IF we do get through then I'd fancy us against anyone (left in it) bar probably City over 2 games. City can wait until the final!
Agree with HistoryRepeating mostly £££. Plus a smidge of panic as he thought all the 'good' players were jumping ship. But at the time remember Clyne was his competition. If he'd stayed Chambers may well be a starter this season ? Arse seem to see him as a CB though.
