Stick...you put that Crazy Penguin as one to follow from Charlie boys yard, Rodneythetrotter who finished in front of him that day is out in the Huntingdon bumper tomorrow there, if the Penguin is well regarded then I'd imagine Rodney will go very close tomorrow even though he got a bit of weight the last day. The King horse is half fancied by some too I think in that bumper.

Woohaa easy now, what's going on with that 2.30 at Lingfield. It appears Someone is sending Tom Queally over hurdles. One minute you are unsaddling the greatest horse to ever grace the turf and the next you are clambering over hurdles in the sticky mud.

He does in fact ride the hot favourite but you would imagine Timmy Murphy and Jim,Crowley to have an advantage in this flat jockeys race as they were of course jump jockeys originally. It will be interesting to see how well they can present a horse.

It is also of note that Jim Crowley and Tom Queally head up to Wolverhampton after this one race and ride at Wolverhampton.

The great Lester rode over hurdles. He won the Triumph Hurdle at Hurst Park in 1954 on Prince Charlemagne

morning all ,booking of noel fehily on bivouac at huntingdon is interesting, doesnt ride many for the needle man, i would expect a bold show from this beast....over at lingfield Tresor de Bontee aims to win over CD again -has his ideal conditions, the Lee stable in hot form , could well be a double for them with Mr Bachster earlier, though his price is very short.....

I'm also having a look at Tresor de Bontee, very interested, Simply Wings ran really well for Kerry Lee yesterday at Southwell, provided me with a nice winner, so may well get on this one today too.

Biovuoac is owned by the ‘Silviniaco Conti chaps’ who have an agreement with Noel ‘Touchy’ Fehily for him to ride their horses when available. This booking would not have been made by Mr Henderson. They have a few with the forum’s favourite trainer including last terms useful looking Bumper performer Buveur D’air.

Conversely, another great,Tommy Carberry switched to the flat for an afternoon and rode a G1 winner for MVO'B.

What do we think of old boy Paddy Power’s Gold Cup on Saturday??? To my eye, at the time of writing, it looks several notches below average.

It does and altho PTIT ZIG is carrying top weight it doesn't look as good a field as previous years- he is the class horse in the field(which I suppose is why he is top weight <laugh>) and IMO should be able to defy top weight
