    January and what happens to us in the transfer window will make the difference as to whether we go up automatically or not, but it's a big bonus the likes of Clucas pushing on and Maguire getting blooded at last as they are here for the long haul

    I still have little faith in Bruce.

    He'll probably do the biz this season with a squad and budget head and shoulders above the rest of the league but then next season will almost certainly be another dull bore fest where we find ourselves clamouring for championship football by September.
