Monk goes on about the players making silly mistakes, when the reality is, he is making silly decisions, Monk is a dead man walking, the signs are all there..........<ok>

Will sky sports or news now break the news of Monks resignation / sacking first tomorrow ?

Or Monk won't get fired , straightens things up , and goes on to be the longest serving top flight manager at Swansea of all time ,past present and future .
Only has to make it to the New Year I think to get to the past .
Someone would do well to ever do as long with his time still running if he makes it.

Im parked outside this dudes house waiting for the call !

The only 2 that could slot right in and steer us back to the swansea way are the dodgy martineze and brenda but only 1 is available so may have to suffer the bog trotter blarney kent for the sake of the chancer righting the ship ! if so get back on track then bin him for a better model asap !!

He "failed"at a bigger Club with more money a bigger better squad and with the odd blip a solid top 6 PL side . he comes back to us with none of those plus a squad currently at odds with each other or so it would seem , no clear direction and a team used to the clear lack of instruction, but saying all that, with our present woes they may just appeal to his ego and jump at the chance .

At the moment I would even look at Nigel Pearson. At least he would probably keep us up this season.

Guys like Martinez and Rodgers are " Fly by the seat of their pants " managers who struggle when they arrive at bigger clubs , they should never go to them , then they seem to have better "Value " success.
