Contradictory to what Ive said I also agree that its good practice to have a candidate ready to insure as little as possible unrest amongst the players fans etc. Why do I say this? Its pretty obvious that Mr Tan is a very proud and honorable type of guy and sticks by what he believes in ( the shirt fiasco) so based on that presumption he simply needs to go to mams for xmas lunch and she will highlight the need to replace our manager....simples as the advert says!!! Fulham have sacked manager Kit Symons after Saturday's 5-2 home defeat by Birmingham left the club 12th in the Championship table. He is the seventh manager to leave his job in the Championship since the start of the season.
