Well I know it will come as a complete surprise to everyone... but they both got themselves banned, last weekend.
I think you can put it down to persistent flouting of the on site rules, after both had received repeated warnings about their behaviour...and had failed to take heed.

We don't like banning posters but there comes a time when enoughs enough and the majority have to be considered more than the antagonistic minority. In swords case he has been directly responsible for more posters leaving this board than the rest put together. ....so the constant baiting and antagonism had to be stopped. ...
Like other posters have mentioned , I find swords entertaining and would be detrimental to this board to remove him. If picture of a dictatorx was received by over sensitive replies then I see that as a problem more with the complainee than anyone else. I agree his baiting of Col is uncalled for unother than that I look forward to his contributions. He seems to be tarred with a Joey Barton type brush, sometimes fairly, sometimes not?........ comeback swords, this board would be worse without you!
As my name has come up on this thread, I'd like to make it clear that, although I was angry with swords, at no point did I report him to the mods.
I'd like to imagine there's a QPR site where all the banned and refuseniks go to rant about why you can't buy spangles anymore, ad nauseum. Vodafone Boy, ABITB, Queens etc all shouting at each other.

Yeah you see I don't. Convince me. You or anyone else. It's a football forum and for the first time in a very long time the LFW post on here hasn't turned into a mongfest. It's actually provoked a decent thread about QPR as opposed to a load of precious luvvies flapping their arms about in faux horror - "too many words dahling" - egged on by an internet attention whore. And, when that trope wears thin, let's just call the guy a ****.The board would be a much better place without him. Convince me otherwise.

What about his repeated baiting and outright bullying of Flyer until he was driven off the site? The same ****'s trick aimed at Peter Damage last week before the thread got pulled. Are these the contributions you look forward to? Genuine question. If not then what contributions outweigh these?
I don't know the site stats and I've no reason to doubt Nines when he says we are a vibrant board but this place doesn't have the same feel of a while back. It's starting to resemble an echo chamber for a braying jackass parading his ego bolstered by a few alts and useful idiots.
I'm not bothered where either of them are.
I'm with you Telford. Swords has the occasional good post, but the posts that become off track or warped, and the posters that get royally p****d off by him outweigh the good he brings.
Seeing as you are explaining these bans Tramore, what about Aqua's? Why was he banned, and when he was, why not then the others in the slanging match on the Poppies thread, where I guess the ban originated? He was more insulted than what he gave back himself. He didn't start the slanging match either, and actively proposed the conversation proceed on PM. As the whole thing seemed like a children's playground squable, as i think you posted yourself, his PM proposal seemed a better place to continue to me, if it needed to be at all.
Why don't we have a 'Sin Bin' thread? Miscreants can be listed with a range of sentences and then be 'thrown to the wolves' 'gladiatorial' style for the members to decide their fate. It would certainly liven things up...

Firstly, about the member who posted the other poll thread ( Since deleted?) It's a bit strange that fusari 805, who is an infrequent poster ( 69 posts in 18 months ) decides to stick up a thread in empathy of Swords and yet hasn't posted since. In fact his last post before this was way back in August. What's more, as far as I can tell he hasn't even had any interaction with his online friend. Not directly on this forum anyway.
Secondly why Swords? This goes to the poster of the other Swords thread that was running concurrently with this one as well. Kiwi and fusari have both started threads on missing poster's. So where are the threads for our other missing posters? In case you've forgotten them, here's a quick reminder ...
StainesR, West London Willy, Rollercoaster Ranger, Flyer, Chas and to a certain extent QPRNUTS.
I'm sure there are others, but these are more or less the ones that I can recall off of the top of my head. Apologies to those that I may of missed out.
In case you haven't realised the above posters have more or less left our forum because of the constant wumming and baiting from the recently banned posters and a couple that have been banned prior to that. But by the main, due to Swords.
So what we have is a few of our members shedding their crocodile tears, over an internet wum, who hides behind an avatar who possibly isn't even a real QPR fan. As far as I'm aware he's never been to a game. Not since I've been on here anyway. Yet all of the above missing posters are real people, excellent posters and Rangers through and through.
It reminds me a bit of those newspaper headlines you see all too frequently. A young urban lad gets shot or stabbed and unfortunately dies. All his family and friends claim how he was a good lad, went to church and was a proper mummy's boy whilst glossing over the fact that social media is awash of pictures of him and his crew posing with knives and guns which would appear to be to the contrary.
It's a bit of a kick in the teeth to the posters that are still on here that are continuously targeted by Swords. Day after day and week after week we see threads get hi-jacked just so that Swords can continue with his own personal agenda. Yet still his cronies fawn over him.
I just don't get it.
It was starting to get like 'Lord of the Flies' on here.
I'm sure that if your really missing him that much you'll find him elsewhere on the internet to entertain you. Folk of Swords ilk will always find another platform, they simply cant contain themselves.

IIRC Northolt's last message was aimed at a Chelsea troll who accused him, Northolt, of copying and pasting. I'll dig it out if you want. I'm not sure about Roller, but I was well aware that when he did post/mod on here his tolerance for the idiots outweighed mine. One of the reasons I'll engage the trolls. I'd rather see him posting than wade through a thigh deep pile of **** threads entitled:
