Realistically which clubs could you see going for him?

Swansea, Soton ...? Even then, £15m is too expensive for them.

I don't see anyone coming in with a realistic offer in January.

You may come in with a panic bid if your results haven't improved and Vardy's form continues. (but I think both of those are unlikely).

I think we have our ideas about who would realistically go for him but I was wondering who fox fans thought might take a chance. Fans always have a higher regard for their own players <ok>

No way will we be in for him, doesn't fit owners philosophy and I expect Klopp to go for players he knows a lot about.

It'll either be you or Spurs and I don't think either of you are worth risking a Euro place for at the moment. More likely to happen in the summer.

No way it will be us. As mentioned, if Rodgers was in charge, then maybe.

No chance with Klopp and committee making the decisions.

Vardy would be a huge risk, I rate the lad but he would be expensive and then may not handle the pressure of a step up to us. It would be a strange signing. If he was at the end of his contract or something like that he'd be a great signing for a small fee but for what we'd have to pay it's a no from me and I'm a fan.

We need a striker - I think we'll go for Kevin Volland. Can play up front or on the wing, great finisher, intelligent and works hard.

Has a good connection with Firmino and Can. And still only 23. Klopp was interested in him at Dortmund .

I agree. Klopp will go for a more experienced striker with an eye to possibly building around him.

In all honesty I don't have a clue who would take a chance on Vardy and if I was advising him I'd be telling him to stay put. He doesn't have age on his side so a really big move is probably out of the question plus he can be a hero for Leicester especially if he gets them a good league finishing position possibly EL place.

I think he believes that Klopp will share his exact views on player recruitment, skills which he honed on Football manager and FIFA14.

I'd like him to sign someone like Vardy merely for the Jimmy comedy fume factor.

Based on that they won't target overrated and overpriced English players.

Also based on the committee signings since implemented at LFC.

What is this committee? Is it the same one that's spent about 300m turning reasonably talented but overhyped Englishmen into ****e?

One day you might actually get to go to Anfield mate.

What a day that'll be. I'm sure you'll educate the MOTD fossils that are sat around you and have been going for decades, with your encyclopedic football knowledge. <ok>

Or in the world where the local journalists who are connected to the club actually reported it...?

But please feel free to ignore the facts to try and look big.
