It was hard going to watch, I was thinking of slapping some paint on the wall and watching that instead!
I actually missed most of that derby game and Liverpool v Saints as I decided it was time to give my 20 year old Sears Craftsman snow blower a good service ahead of winter. Motor started first time which was encouraging and warmed up the old oil which I then drained & replaced. Then I disassembled the bent scraper bar, that was temporarily being held in place by a small C clamp, hammered bar back straight, then reattached it with 5 new bolts, then I reattached the under-body housing cover using good old duct tape, as you don't snow coming up underneath onto the auger & drive belts. So $5 for bolts with lock nuts, $6 for oil - an $11 service. Last winter I replaced the auger drive belt (that throws the snow), so I should be in good shape going into winter.
