It's in past tense anyway. Just say it (unfortunately there wasn't a link) so thought I'd share. If true, it is another top player that we've targeted but not acquired.

Good player but I want younger players - Granit Xhaka, Carvalho, Neves.

Outstanding young midfielders.

 

Midfield enforcer we need....urgently.

 

I think we'll he getting Neves next summer.

 

Sahin being linked wth a return to Liverpool now we have Klopp. He's a quality player and maybe Klopp will play him deeper like he normally does rather than further forward like Rodgers tried.

Also Sakho still being linked with a transfer away in Jan to Roma.

 

I saw the Sahko thing and thought it strange....he's just signed a new contract and a new manager won't know if he's up to it for a few weeks.......weird report.

Am really not sure on Sahin....I think it's probably trash paper talk but I really hope the rumours about Neves are true.......

 

Would rather have Neves than Sahin now.

 

He's going to be bloody expensive though... release clause of 40m Euros which is £30m.

I think he's worth it - sell some of our crap players to help subsidise. But if all goes well, we'll have a worldie for the next 10 years.

That's until he doesn't perform straight away and fans write him off.

 

True, big money on young players can sometimes harm them though. Can't cope with the pressures
