Long way to go lads IMO
Certainly difficult to understand the players we have aren't doing better. CR must be cross inside as we are blessed with talent
I am certain that if we get a few clean sheets and a few wins then the fickle will lay off or tone down maybe just to ripping the odd player to bits
I am a dreamer on here and of course what to win but we really should accept that we just need to stay in this league at the moment

TF again has sent out the worst possible message to fans who he has sold a pack of rubbish
He really is looking very stupid at times. All was good when everyone had optimism on the promises but sorry he has really failed

I would respect him more if he knocked his ego into touch and said lets consolidate in the championship and go again when we are ready
.. when we deserve it and when we are ready as a football team and more importantly when we are a club

Based on last 10 years there is a 3% chance that a relegated prem side will get promoted in there 2nd season after relegation.

So what's more likely is that if we don't go up this year we will go backwards and are more likely to replicate Wigan and get relegated in our second
season then do what WBA did (one and only side to do it).

Would be interested to hear why we would be more likely to get promoted after likes of Austin, Fer and Sandro leave to be replaced by almost certainly
worse players? As it's not as if they are dead weights

You say fickle will tone it down if we get a few wins and a few clean sheets. If that happens I bet it happens when we start playing Sandro instead of Henry as we should have done long ago and pairing
him with either Luongo or Faurlin as we should have long ago.

No one wants Ramsey to fail as they don't want the club to fail. They only want him to do his job properly and get the performances out of the raw
talent he has to hand

This is a **** league. An easy league. It's just that there is minimial difference in ability between a Bournemouth (Champions) and a Wigan (relegated)

The difference is generally the manager. But if you can add a bit of quality on to that to good for the league (Fulham- with likes of Saha) then you should piss this league. So us with Fer, Sandro, and Austin should piss this league with a decent manager

For me your logic fails because no team will piss the Championship with the bit of quality we have going forward, but also with the glaring lack of it in our back 4. We need a quality CB and RB in Pronto, otherwise the only pissing is going to continue into our goal.

Player wise I can't help but feel we still have gaps to fill quickly. We need a proper right back (one with some attacking nous would help but at least be able to defend well and properly.) Someone left footed and quick who will run to the byline on the left hand side. (A left winger essentially.) We need a more dynamic centre midfield pairing that can pass quickly rather than dwell on the ball and lose momentum. (Henry's biggest crime in my books.) I think we have the midfield players at the club but they don't get played. The other two positions I think we need to get people in.

CR was an experiment. He was TR's experiment (in the absence of a "dream manager"). He was untried as a manager, just as Sir Les was untried as a D of football. I've seen a post on here comparing his situation to Sir Alex who had average results in his first couple of years at ManU. The big question is - has Ramsey shown enough potential, in his time in the Prem and so far this season, to justify giving him more time?

Increasingly, and in particular because of his complete inability to stop a desperately badly leaking defence, the answer seems to be - no.

If he has potential, let him try to realise it managing a team in League 2 - QPR should get in a manager who has been tested and shown to have the necessary capabilities.

Rubbish on here most demanded a young manager and players that cared
You have a new dynamic manager who was a coach and hungery players who all seem to care
So what if we lose a few games and leak goals at the moment
This is all about glory fans
I say we stick with CR for three seasons minimum
That fool TF needs to keep right out the way as he has turned our fans into mindless fickle fools
I warned of the atmosphere at LR and how demanding our fan base has grown
The team is nothing compared to the club
The fans who want success can ****ing wait and earn their respect

The back five, including the goalkeeper, probably are the best in the league on paper but statistically the worst in reality. I've defended CR many times on here but the form of the team, even most of the wins, has been far below what it should be with the players available.

Sandro Fer Austin are just names
They will be forgotten by you in a few years . QPR remains who ever is playing for us ... That's where we start

I would imagine our "Galacticos" are waiting until the transfer window reopens so they can move on. In some respects it would have helped us (the supporters) in the long term if they had already left - some of us would have expected less from this season and the same would apply to Tony F.

Poor Chris Ramsay. The short term pressure to keep his job in the face of criticism from all quarters and unrealistic goal setting by some of us and the media may be stopping him from doing what he knows to be right. He clearly doesn't find communicating "in public" easy and he has never been convincing. That doesn't mean he isn't a great coach when working with the players. However, with the choices we have in players, he cannot win.

Play the kids with poor results whilst they find their feet and we'll moan that the expensive, experienced players aren't on the field. In the short term, he's playing it safe and the experienced players don't seem to be getting it right. Maybe they don't understand what he's trying to get them to do. Maybe they do understand and just cannot do it. Maybe they don't agree, so they don't try (which would be a disgrace, if true, because they don't have the responsibility for setting up the team or playing style).

In any event, settle back and try and enjoy the ride. I hope we don't get promoted this year, because we'll be taken apart again in 2016/17 if we go up and try and execute the same hopeless short-term plan. Until we fix things at this level, we'll never execute effectively at a higher level.

Now, if Chris and Les aren't up to it, then so be it. However, Colin (and Shaun D) are not the long term answer.

Great post, thank you.

TF has taken two QPR teams into the Premier League
He brought the first one and ruined that
Somehow we got back up via the back door the second time around and we dropped back again
How the man can stand up and say we are going to do all of that again shows what a fool he must be in this sport
Why do the stupid people get to play with dangerous stuff like money?

Meanwhile back at the ranch … What is QPR today? . A lost football club with no identity or plan and a fickle fan base that crys every time we lose or let goals in
Christ we aren't even in hoops

The biggest problem for me is that CR does not appear to be learning from the mistakes. After the Yeovil game i mentioned that our defence lacked the basic principles of defending and yet here we are seemingly no further forward. I really felt the way we as a club handled the transfer window was a big step in the right direction and my optimism NOT expectation increased. I dont think Fans on this forum are fickle I just think frustrated and disappointed as I am. Coaching and being a good manager are different skill sets and I hope, actually pray, that NW coming back will have someone seeing things as they really are.

Yeah poor Chris Ramsey. Earning a fortune to get it wrong.

Solly scored a sweet one at the weekend didn't he Oddball?

......and was joined by OBZ (Leeds 1 Brighton 2) who scored another late winner today off the bench in a come from behind 2-1 home win against Bristol City. So OBZ has now turned a likely 2 pts into 6 pts from these games. Wish we had someone like him in our locker - perhaps we should have hung onto him on a one year, reduced salary contract.

Substitute Bobby Zamora scored his first goal for Brighton since returning to the club to give the Championship leaders a late win at Leeds.

The veteran striker showed a great touch to chip the ball past home goalkeeper Marco Silvestri in the 89th minute.

Bobby Zamora scored a late winner as Brighton came from behind to beat Bristol City and maintain their unbeaten start in the Championship.

The substitute fired a low 15-yard shot into the right corner eight minutes from time, moments after coming on.

i am in completely in disagreement with most of what clive writes hes one of these gramatically correct people who are brilliant writers but no very little about football
its because of what he writes that we are in such a state,to be successfull you need the abromovitch aproach it might seem harsh
but in the real world thats the only way forward, bobby moore and bobby charlton got loads of full england caps but were both useless as managers and that is the reality
it might seem idiacy it might seem an oddity but managers are just not created by going on coaching courses a successfull manager like mark warburtan come along once in a lifetime
look at all these foreign ,managers who come into our system and fail thats because if you are manager of a team like real madrid you dont buy and sell players they are found for you.

So thats the harsh reality that tony fernandes should never have made any deals with les ferdinand because hes never even managed in the vauxhall conferance
so what chance has he of doing well at rangers, the answer is he has no hope we need to out him and all his imports sooner than later
