Yeah I've had it unchilled in pubs for years, even in Ireland. It's only recently that they've brought out the Guiness extra cold stuff. But the original Guiness is supposed to be served at room temperature:biggrin:
Aye and how many people drink it never mind drink it warm?

Dunno about Guiness, but Guinness is drank chilled or extra chilled.

I've definitely had it at room temperature in the past. It's only recently they've started chilling it. Makes no difference to me wether it's chilled or not, tastes good all the same

Bottles of Guinness off the shelf is a thing.

Never used to be "chilled" ....

Guinness extra cold is for ****s who don't actually like guiness

Canny say I've ever had warm Guinness anywhere. Canny say I've ever had it at room temp either.

Also "extra cold" would imply that 'normal' Guinness is by definition cold. Unless they introduced another type of Guinness I am unaware of.

Had it at room temperature loads of times though. Most places these days do chill it to be fair

Do they still do extra cold anywhere else?

It was a fad in Great North Irelandshire then died.
