Seems like a pointless signing. Where would he even play? Would have start a game for us with our current midfield? Seems unlikely. No thanks.

Next season Rosicky, Arteta and Flamini are on there way out and Cazorla is 31 this year, and Wilshere is permanently injured at present. So there is technically space for him.

Also don't forget that he was our best player for a number of years before he left. He is a perfect fit for Arsenal at present.

Just found this deal on Groupon, 51% off for the Chelsea museum tour. I guess they won't be able to give this thing away soon. I heard they've already made a wax work of Maureen....

Everyone is picking on him, why shouldn't he be able to say whichever idiotic and insulting things coming into his mind, whenever he wants?

I know I've been saying it since the start of the season that Klopp was going Liverpool but I still can't believe it. I really wanted him to succeed Wenger. Liverpool are going to be a huge force to reckon with in the next few seasons.

Thankfully, they've still got a lot of deadwood and until that's clear, I can't see them finishing in the top 6 until that's sorted.

Don't worry... we've got a long term plan to replace our manager and it's a long drawn out process that shouldn't be rushed and may take years (as it seems to be doing) Unless you're Liverpool in which case you can get (probably) Klopp in a matter of days.

Though maybe Ancelotti is saving himself for us and this is AW's last? I'd be happy with that and only 8 years older than Klopp. We could be his final career 'project' and give us a decade+ of his life.

Totally agree on this thing, i'll be disappointed if Klopp takes over at Liverpool, he'll be wasted there. I do hope the management have a proper succession policy in place for Wenger, as he is getting on abit!!!

I'm not sure if anyone remembers but a couple of years ago. Arsene mentioned Slaven Bilic as a possible replacement.

Now here we are and he's working in London in the EPL. He might be lined up as the next guy.

Personally would like Guardiola (1st choice), Klopp or maybe Ancelotti. But perhaps a young talented manager like Bilic is the right strategy.

I'm actually quite disappointed that Klopp is going to Liverpool, as it pretty much means that he won't be our next manager whenever Wenger leaves and that was one of my top 5 candidates for the job. The structure and dynamic of Liverpool is completely different to Dortmund though, and the Premiership is more competitive than the German Bundesliga, so it will be interesting if he can emulate the success that he had at his previous club (unlikely).

I would love to know who is going to succeed Wenger when he (hopefully) leaves in 2017.

I haven't been impressed by Bilic so far, he's had some good results against bigger teams, but also some very average results/performances and some downright poor ones - such as in Europe. I suppose I might be a bit harsh on him because of his start, and that he'll keep improving as he's finding consistency, but just my opinion so far.

I think Klopp is screwed if he comes to Liverpool, the whole structure and the way they do things isn't conducive for a manager like him. To be honest, there aren't many managers out there that could get them Champions league football with a new stadium build, lack of transfer funds and huge expectations on their back. He would be foolish to take the Liverpool job and in my opinion, its a bit of a poison chalice.

The Arsenal job is the polar opposite, the new manager will have money, large fan base and supportive management. Arsenal are ready to lead the Premier league, we just need the new Wenger.

Well clearly you're just salty as we might potentially be getting Klopp in as manager, and you're just stuck with Wenger.
