Immigration should be halted now. This country cannot to look after it's elderly citizens and those with most needs as it is.

Britain cannot tolerate yet a further drain on it's economy especially since there is now a second recession looming.

We have to get ourselves sorted out first and then we can plough money into countries like Africa who keep breeding like rabbits and are fully aware that they will not be able to provide for their childre. Same with Catholic Church which dismisses contraception and encourages over breeding and unsustainable foodstuffs for all.

With this country in terminal decline why on earth was The Olympics put forward as a viable proposition. Waste of money that could be better spent elsewhere on all our civilians in need.

Touchy subject, as someone who has worked in Glasgow city centre for the last 7 years I can tell you the amount of asylum seekers/immigrants in Glasgow has exploded recently. I don't know if they are getting moved here from England or what but it's bloody mental. Travel on any bus heading to the southside and I guarantee you'll hear languages from at least 3 different continents and I've yet to see a female that isn't pregnant or pushing a pram with 3 weans hanging off it. A few years ago you'd have thought you were on a bus in Warsaw but now most of the poles seem to have left you'd think you were on a bus to Delhi via Bucharest, Mogadishu and Islamabad. We have enough spongers that don't know how to use birth control born in our own country without importing them FFS!!

I think it's an attempt by the Scottish parliament to make Glasgow look as multicultural as possible for the upcoming Commonwealth games but they forget nobody will be watching as they couldn't give a **** about it!
 
Could you not just get the people from Mogadishu to meet the bus in Asia Minor somewhere, it seems a waste to go into Africa just for one pick-up point.

This happened in Manchester and Salford about 10 years ago. We always had a lot of Asians, but the number of Africans must have increased by several hundred per cent.

We actually moved them out of Edinburgh because they were bringing the place down. Most of them feel at home in Glasgow due to it's war-torn look, high rate of unwanted pregnancies and the average life-expectancy being similar to their homelands of Afghanistan and the Congo <ok>
 
I watched a program the other night called Hunting Britain's Most Wanted. Britain's Most Wanted were actually foreigners that were on the run and entered the country illegally. Serbs, Polish, French, Lithuanian etc. The cops all said that these people wanted for murder, rape, robbery, war crimes etc are able to enter the country using a forged I.D card, then they vanish into the system. They all agreed that more could and should be doen to rid Britain of these foreign criminals.

Alright you've won me over Edinburgh is wonderful amazing place, which is why it's Scotlands second city in everything but title.

I know where it is, it's the scenic route! Most of the refugees seem to have that 'Somalian look' (this is going to sound as racist as **** to the do gooders but it's merely an observation) where they have Mekon style nappers and teeth like Ronaldinho!
