Great ride Pat Smullen - took the race by the scruff of the neck and never looked back
The years haven't been kind to Maureen Haggas...
I much prefer Gina to Emma Spencer. Something about Emma that i can't warm to. Smug. Not for me.
was a smashing price in the end considering the company he has been keeping all season.Redcar 3.00-Log Out Island win 4s
Nmkt-Alice Springs/Esoterique 9/4
Ascot 3.45-Buckstay win 6/1
Gowran Park 4.00-Ice Reply Ew 9s
4.35 Shanahan's Turn win 9/4(a lot of love on the forum for this lad, don't think Clarcam will be pushed to hard and Elliot yard not in great form)
Boooom buckstay you beauty, three in a row,I'm buzzing![]()

4 races interest me tomorrow.
Newmarket 16.40. Don't know what happened to Endless Time lto but before that beat Simple Verse. That will do for me. Leah Freya is an obvious threat but all her form has been at the switchback courses Epsom and Lingfield (her last 4 races have been at Epsom). Biggest danger though is the Stoute improver Moonlight Sonata
Newmarket 15.30. This looks like a penalty kick for the Fabre challenger Esoterique with only a rejuvenated Integral (Stoute again) likely to cause a problem.
Redcar 17.35. Celestial Path returns from a good 5th in the 2000Gns. 3rd in the Racing Post last year. Surely, if tuned up, should win. Plenty of opposition though with So beloved, Top Notch Tonto, Tupi, and maybe Zarawan, taking him on. The 2/1 on offer is far too skinny for me though with such a long lay off.
Ascot 15.45. So open this one that with the favourite (whichever one that turns out to be) likely tio be 5/1 or more, I'm going 5 against the field for Cyc's comp. - Buckstay, Mr Win, Make It Up, Gabriel's Lad, Outback Traveller
I wonder if Vazirabad will come to England for any of the staying races. He looks pretty useful
