That's against the run of play! I think that cheeky undeserved goal is only going to lead to a harder spanking!
I know the Toon are complete ****e, and deserve to go down, but McClaren has got to be the biggest joke-manager we've seen in the Prem for some considerable time!
Oops! I do hope Spanners, such as Lee, Big Urn, and that other one go easy on me, and don't "do a PIXIE" on me! We all make mistakes, after all.
He doesn't look too happy, does he... Well, at 6-1 and counting, I s'pose he wouldn't.. please log in to view this image
They'll be "owning" your ass for weeks after their comeback v the mighty 10 man sunderland And a certain somebody will not be able not to quote you...over and over and over and over again
I was going to congratulate you on your sage analysis, but you beat me to it! It shows you what a good job we did defensively last week, I think. Everyone worked very hard, especially Lamela and Alli, and I thought Davies and Waker did really well to take away space and time from their wide players. Even so if Lloris hadn’t made a brilliant save from Stirling, the scoreline could easily have been reversed. I’ve really disliked how McClaren has handled Newcastle. It’s a mostly new team of reasonably talented players. Throwing fits on the sidelines won’t help. You can hope it will curry favor with the fans, but it will also tend to inspire your players to get you sacked.
Willian scores one almost identical to the Ronaldinho goal versus England. The keeper waits for the attackers to come in for the header, then realizes too late it’s going in the top corner, flails at it and watches it deflect in off the post. Excellent shot, but the keeper looks silly for not recognizing it is a shot early enough. One of the most blatant shirt tugs on a player in the box you’ll ever see from Chelsea. So surprising it’s not called.
The Spanners couldn't beat 10-man Sunderland! I doubt there'll be anyone in the mood for attempting to wum me!
Your right, one of the tallest goalkeepers in the league getting beat from there when he was standing the side of the goal is shocking.
"Don’t You Love Her" has been the heart and soul of the Chelsea effort today. Only remarkable performances from him, Willian and Begovic have kept Chelsea from being five down.
