Trì Na Ceile 12/1 Gowran Park 4:00 - vastly improved hurdler this year and has some very useful form in the book with his recent win's and placings being backed up by good performances from in behind him. At 5, he is one heading the right way anyway for Jessie Harington and he can play a part today if he hurdles fluently here for BJ Geraghty. I've gone E/W as it's ultra competitive.

Clarcam 9/4 Gowran Park 4:35 - Smartest form on offer and he will prove difficult to beat. I am a big fan of Shanahans Turn and I see a few quid around for him this morning, he landed a touch at Galway so I'd imagine some are reinvesting the winnings for him today but he disappointed too much at the higher level last season, so Clarcam is the safer option until I see De Bromhead's turn in a good effort in this company, which is highly likely today as I've opposed him <laugh>.

    All the best folks.

Just had a look at Gowran to see this super card beefy is talking about

dear oh dear, utter garbage of the highest order <rofl>

1 race that isnt unadulterated suicidal summer jumping pish and even its nothing special, Texas Jack was a decent prospect about 4 years ago, Allechi Innois is one of those mullins G3 bullys beating up farmers plough horses every other week, Clarcam was tailed right off in the Arkle and has been beaten about a combined 500L by Un De Slow, this is a horse who scraped home against Plinth and was annihilated by Ivan Grozny, Shanahans Turn I will give you but hes not far off turning into another binger, somebody shoot me if they ever catch me watching that pish on a saturday

On the football front I think West Ham are a decent bet -1 away to Sunderland at 7/2.The hammers have had a few top class performance away to City, Arsenal and Liverpool and are the best counter attacking team in league at the moment. Sland are pathetic and are horrific at the back. The fact Dick Advocado has hinted he is on the way out won't exactly inspire the troops either.

Super card for the time of year. You forget that part bud <ok>

Yet another seething post from the forum WUM, you're clearly finding it difficult conducting yourself with any manners or decency on here. Perhaps you'd be better off sticking to Betfair as you'retheonethey'veallbeenwaitingfor..aren't you.

I'm not sure you contribute much here other than nasty WUM comments. Its not good for the forum. Ron and Oddy do a good job, there's no need to always post things to cause conflict.

Editing your post, you realized that by saying you broke me you are admitting you have been actively trying to antagonize me for some time, very clever.

I contributed more on here for a long time than you ever will, I think you asked to be my manager one time or something because I was so good. But you keep posting those endless cliches, one of willies, down at closutton, and obvious mug 7/4 and 6/4 shots that go off 4/6 with all the mug money on them. No way you are showing a profit long term backing those types but thats nothing to do with me, each to their own.

Do I ever post anything against anyone else on here? You seem to be in your little running arguments with numerous posters, you must enjoy it because a decent percentage of your posts on here are subtly, sometimes not so, intended to provoke. You strike me as a sad little individual and losing punter, always have. Running off the forum in a huff when you couldnt take your own medicine wasnt exactly good for your image either.

True Bob, she is quite smug but I'd still love to go rolling in the hay with her.How Spencer done dirty with Turner I'll never know, his judgement on women nearly as bad as his riding skills! But then again my mate prefares Turner, reckons she be more of a divil if you get my meaning, each to their own and all that:emoticon-0142-happy

Sunderland V West Ham. Advocaat is definitely leaving so 0-3 (20-1), 0-4 (50-1) or 0-5 (150-1) look good value bets today.

In an unexpected turn I have decided to sink a few beers and watch the racing this afternoon. Here in Germany it is a bank holiday (German reunification) but how stupid is it having a bank holiday on a weekend? All the fecking shops closed ..........................

Barbecue later on, a wonderful late-summer day here in Berlin, 20°C, blue sky and sunshine :)
