i had an apprentice in Grangemouth who was a complete hash head and a useless ****er to boot. They wanted rid of him so told him he was getting and RDT. He comes to me and asks what he should do. I says refuse to take it.

The daft **** says but they will sack me. Well take it then i says.

He took it, failed it, they sacked him.

****ing idiot.

****'s sake, some people never take good advice, he should have blagged it and said he was sick or something, then went home and waited for 6-8 weeks.

Nah they wid have sacked him but he wouldnt have been sacked for failing a drugs test.
Hes probably a junky somewhere these days<laugh>
 
He was some kid. We called him the cat. Anytime he went up a ladder he would crawl hands and knees on to the lift or gantry. <laugh>

Didne matter many times you told him to go further up the ladder and step off he just couldnt comprehend it.
