What next for Eva? my guess is she'll be appearing on various chat shows to complain about the horrendous treatment she received (along with the forgotten male medic). Yep, she was a shocker, fancy actually working for Chelsea and being abused for doing your job properly ! She should quit medicine and take up cooking or cleaning floors.
I think the main gripe people have is turning it into a sexism issue; which was completely not the point.
The fact the male colleague who suffered a similar fate to Eva was largely ignored by the media proves the agenda that was being pushed. Whether she is a woman or not should have no impact on how she is treated.

The physio has gone back to work at chobham, this was a nothing story from start to finish, the experts bought in by the FA proved that it was not aimed at her he was swearing in General. I agree if she had ****ed up then there are consequences and your boss may tear you a new one but using sexist language shouldn't come into it. That's the inconsistant bit, they are just as likely to back someone as screw them over. In this case they probably wanted to avoid the whole issue and decided regardless of facts that this was the best course of action.

No offence but what facts? One person, ONE, decided that he reckons he swore at her based on video evidence. Now unless one we can hear the tape, fluent in Portuguese and can can confirm, he was looking directly at her when he said this, then all we are doing is guessing.

This is a poxy nothing argument that has been blown totally out of proportion and has cost Chelsea a good doctor, and a Good Doctor a job she probably loved doing, and the game one of the few visible women on any of the major teams.
