RHC couldn't you start off by WhatsApping her an invite to join you and your pals for a session at The Cheese? A few pints, pills and spliffs later and I'm sure you'd be the best of friends. She might even let you do her up against the offending gate.

Didn't say you have, just that there's a risk.
You did ask for advice, and mine was to tread carefully, even if you're in the right. I'd have had a quiet word before sending a letter vaguely threatening legal action- no matter how carefully worded.
Anyway, I hope it all sorts itself out amicably. <ok>

I know his name, his entire career history, his work address, his home address, how much he paid for his house, when he bought it, the name of his next door neighbour. His entire social circle and even his walk to the alehouse <laugh>
