Juliette Fair 9/2 Fairyhouse 3:20 - exciting Dermot Weld filly who has made an exciting start to her career thus far. She was a good 2nd behind the smart Rockaway Valley on her debut and then readily scored on her 2nd start by 4.5 lengths over 6f on good ground. She faced softer ground lto and I didn't fancy her that day up against the smart Smash Williams and Rockaway Valley once more. Tomorrow she gets her ground, trip is fine and this represents a solid chance for her to gain some winning black type. It's a lovely contest and I hope she puts her best foot forward before moving into group company next season.
 
Very quite around here the tumble weeds are out again , my main bet of the day will be on a rush of graded lunch menus .
chankillo 5/2 should open the day up broughtons bandit could be involved in a nice raid at 5s ,the back up plan should return at 6/5 and ever so much looks positive at 3s.
 
John Ferguson novice hurdle double looks too obvious, anyone got views on his lads ability in the saddle? Seems to be getting the rides when they have runners across multiple cards.

It's great to see Aiden Coleman going so well too, hope he has a great winter for Venetia.

NH season is starting to break out, might even get a few decent horses out this week.

Not too certain on his credentials as a jockey but he's well reputed in the football managerial world. Did well at some club for a few year apparently then decided for a change of career.

I wonder if he now regrets naming his son ‘Alex’?!? School must have been difficult for the lad.

One that's caught my eye is BROUGHTONS BANDIT in the 2.40 at Ayr. Ran for the first time in 2 years recently and came second. Could go one better today. 7-2 currently.
 
Poor day but 2.10 Ayr Urban Moon 18/1 is beginning to look better treated and he went well enough here recently. A patient ride required.

Ironically the one I feared was Jardines outsider. He had a 20-1 winner yesterday now starts today with an 18-1 winner. Think he's got a couple runners today at Ayr. He's a trainer to follow the rest of today now.

This horse has been on the go all year in Ireland fusion, you must have just saw stats for British flat runs as he came 2nd at Lingfield lto but he's had 13 runs both sides of the pond in 2015 over obstacles <ok>
 
Sometimes you wonder why you are betting when Barcelona, Chelsea, arsenal and Roma are all losing in the champions league :-(
