Weekend over and as expected Rodgers is still in charge. Like I said, he will never get sacked.

Better if you say that he will never resigned.

  7. Genuinely, I'd have opted for no one. Pretty sure @luvgonzo would have too.

As for Fifa, I generally spend most of the first window selling players and only buy a couple. I prefer a slimline squad; strong first eleven, half decent bench and ****all else <laugh>

His comments are so arrogant. 'If I had the tools ...'.

Yes mate, you were given £300m to spend on tools. Now you're implying that the current resources aren't enough - that's nice motivation for the players.

The man refuses to take responsibility for anything. No humility, and all arrogance. Has the audacity to say media and ex pundits have turned on him - he's been so fortunate with and hasn't received anywhere near the amount of stick other foreign managers have received.

And a small minority want him out? Yeah - the fans want you out!

Beating Villa at home and now he can't stop talking. He did the same after that run of good form last season.

    Hope he's sacked asap.

I was pointing out that some people have reached the point with Rodgers that they don't give a **** about making any kind of sense they will twist anything into a whine against him.

There are reasonable arguments to be made against Rodgers. Mourinho being more humble than him is not one of them.

Mourinho is a nob as well. Difference is, he's achieved success throughout his career. His arrogance is justified.

Daniel Sturridge has better Premier League scoring record for Liverpool than Luis Suarez and Fernando Torres after his double against Aston Villa

CAN DANIEL GET BRENDAN RODGERS OUT OF THE BELLY OF THE FISH ON SUNDAY???.

Rumours going round now - Klopp wants Liverpool. It's up to FSG to make the move but looks as though they may not be too keen.

Another defeat and it could force their hand ...

Klopp is a gamble, only managed in 1 country and wasn't even consistent at that. Is the Ancelotti link dead?

Bit harsh mate - the job he did at Dortmund is remarkable. <ok>

Not dead but definitely gone quiet. And to be fair, he can command any job in the world so not sure he would want to come to Liverpool.

Comparing the two - Klopp is more like a Shankly and Ancelotti is Paisley. We need a Shankly type manager right now to rebuild us.

However, replacing Rodgers will only solve one of the issues. We need to put in a structure at this club - a DoF is priority. We need the suits like Gordon/Ayre to stay out of footballing managers and stick to business, and we need real footballing people running the football side. Simple right?

  18. Could have said the same for Rafa before he joined us too #harsh
