    Enjoy your overpriced new house..

Glad it went well. Moved into my new gaff last month.. It's bigger than the 4 bed new houses they're selling for 300k up the road..

Still haven't made the place homely yet. Lots of my art work got smashed in the move. Annoyingly.

Currently cooking Italian sausage pasta, I've taken the meat out of the sausage to use as a sort of mince, onions, celery, chilli fried in olive oil. Fried the mince add parsley, add parmesan and serve with spagetti.

My stuff was €3 a bottle! Got 30 bottles of it, bloody good too I can tell you but it needs to be drunk in a night, it goes a bit bitter if left.

Good reason to polish it off, not that I need it!

No, it's decent wine. It's cheap because it's local wine bought in the Bordeaux region.

Had a beetroot and banana smoothy for breakfast today. I'm now pissing pink.

Was very, very nice I must say.

Honest, yes. I've had one every day since. Cept Sunday when I had two ****ing massive bacon butties.

    It goes;

Half cup of porridge oats soaked in water over night.
Two small cooked beets, one banana, two table spoons of no fat Greek yoghurt.
Some blueberries (optional and definitely not essential).

    Blend.

Top up with non sweetened almond milk as it will be thick. Shake and drink.

It is nice, the banana off sets the beets.

A banana does make it sweet enough usually

    Sometimes puthoney in mine

Usually have a couple of veg, kale, carotts, brocoli etc

Then a couple of different fruits. I buy lots of cheap canned pineapple

I use frozen assorted berries, bluberries or dark cherries etc. Use frozen where you can as that acts as the ice for the drink as well. Get frozen veg sometimes as well

Top it up with mixture of flaxeeds, sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds

Mines a braun i think. It's good, I usually just have a breakfast one but it's also good for a protein shake too. Chuck some peanut or almond butter in, couple of scoops of banana protein, Greek yoghurt and almond milk. A good meal.

    I rarely put greens in.

I've just spent a fairly long time cooking up an Indian feast the family. I've now got no appetite to eat the thing. Happens every time.

I don't eat as I cook! I think it's the fact that I put so much into it. It's the same with great artists. After all the time and effort spent on producing their masterpieces they simply can't appreciate them.

The jar was a bastard to open this evening.
