I see astro's even drawing friendly fire now <laugh>

He's the kopite Hiroo Onoda

In general,I'm with Astro on this.

It's to early to be getting rid,I would give Rodger's October to try and turn things around.
And going back over our previous games and chalking off goals or points because we were 'lucky',or our opponents were 'unlucky'
is a bit bizarre IMO. We got what we got, those things are sometimes for you,and sometimes against.

Nobody's saying we don't have problems to solve <ok>

There's always another point of view I get that and respect that. I was initially excited by his appointment but as soon as he turned away from the big "death by football" tika taka route he was so certain on I lost respect for him. He had a philosophy and I could respect that if he had stuck with it but he abandoned it completely and I don't know what we are now, it's the worst football since Roy, we have no identity and his annoying soundbites when we are doing well have also meant that I haven't listened to a post match interview in 2 years he just has nothing to say.

I always want a Liverpool manager to stay for a long time and as long as fans see a style of play, an idea we have patience but there's nothing at the moment and that's what really gets me, that I don't recognise us, we are not Liverpool anymore.

Rodgers has had 6-7 games to prove to us that he has learned his lesson. He hasn't - it's still the same **** week in week out.

Starting Lovren over Sakho yet again just shows you how clueless this man is.

Fair enough I would have given him a chance if there was improvement or any signs that this man is learning from previous mistakes.

However, still can't defend, still neglects midfield and now a poor attack.

And therein lies the problem. Most would forgive conceding 2 if we scored 3. Truth is that it was only possible to do this with a certain player amongst us. Now, he has nothing going for him. Pinning all of our hopes on a player who has been injured more often than fit is a bit desperate imo. <ok>

It was already explained (many times) that Sakho was always going to miss the start of the season with his kid, and since then Rodgers has moved to getting Sakho playing more, and on a new long term contract

Exactly - and he's had plenty of opportunity and money to ensure we aren't reliant on him.

Transfer money yes, wages money no

Top strikers aren't just about the initial fee, and the wage bill has been coming down under Rodgers/FSG

No - Sakho was in training and made himself Avilable for selection. Henderson and Allen were both in similar situations before and both were picked to start.

Please do not think for a second that Sakho was first choice and Rodgers was doing him a favour.

It was always going to be Lovren.

We gave James Milner £165k a week and made him our top earner. Money is there. We just choose to waste it.

To replace Gerrard as a midfielder and experienced player

You think Rodgers was telling FSG not to buy the likes of Sanchez for him?

I'm 100% in agreement with you on the wages. However, not paying wages isn't an excuse for continuously making the same mistakes either.

And you think Milner is fit enough to lace Gerrards boots? Milner is Gerrards replacement is the most absurd thing ever - good squad player for a top 4 is Milners level.

We offered the same if not more wages for Sanchez. Do you think Sanchez would want to play for a no mark like Rodgers, or a world class manager like Wenger, who spent the time chasing Sanchez, visiting him all over the world, whilst Rodgers was swanning off with new bird and too busy trying to land Lambert and Lallana.

Rodgers has no attraction and is an unknown across the continent.

Not really, we were discussing the performances. Yes, we have two wins on the board which is great but we haven't deserved to win a single game so far (bar the 'the final scoreline says so' argument). The only game we've looked half decent in is the Arsenal match and we were penned in the entire second half in that game!

As I said above, it's not about performance and its not about results, its about a combination of the two. I've defended Brod for three years but enough is enough, we don't look like winning and haven't looked like winning for a long bloody time.
