hhhh yes Cech is a great addition to any team, but he is not in his prime and still Gea is the better GK in the league
regarding Martial, aside from Matth :) , no UTD fan are rating him as Henry yet or even closer to that, he has a long way to go still, but the guy has a big potential, and his price tag is justifiable given how the market is inflated for young kids labeled with big potential. as I told you, if we have the cash, why not spending it? your turnover increased 40m, yet you only spend small money on Cech? let us be honest, which one you prefer, paying big money for a big potential or watching that money goes to owners pockets?

The money that Arsenal earn doesn't go into the owners pockets as we don't pay our shareholders any dividends from profits. But it is frustrating that we have amassed a lot of money and haven't invested it in the squad

My personal opinion is that Wenger is right not to splash huge amounts of cash on a whim like Liverpool, Spurs, Utd, City and Chelsea do. He's right to refuse to pay over the odds for players, but whereas in the past he was able to unearth raw talent for a bargain (players like, Henry, Vieira, Ljungberg etc) those types of players (Martial) are now being sold for over the odds.

What is frustrating though is players like Kongdobia, Schnederlin, Mandzukic, Jovetic were all available and would have strengthened our squad, but we didn't appear to be in for them at any point.

It's starting to look like Kroenke is lining his pockets. It would appear that he's trousered £6 million over the last two years.

Damn right, unless Piskie actually believes that Kroenke's 'advice' is worth £3 Mil a year.

All Spurs have been able to do for many years is to spend the money we raise on player sales and our wage bill is only 60% of yours. I agree that paying over the odds for players is a bad idea but having money in the bank isn't a good outcome for a club unless your squad is so good you literally can't buy anyone better.

I really don't think you people realise how much a good 'tache costs to maintain - Kronke earns that money just for having such a wonderfully furry lip gerbil on his face!

Looks like he isn't happy that people are questioning the worth of his furry gerbil....

I didn't think he could top his 4 goal demolition of Real Madrid. No penalties either. Absolutely amazing.

More goals in 10 touches and 9 minutes than Liverpool have managed this entire season

Mourinho: "retaliation is now allowed" http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34344048

You better hope not Jose... aside from the odd player like Charlie Adam, most of the people likely to be retaliated against are either yourself or those in your team.

This pretty much sums up Jose's approach to football. Not being able to provoke the opposition into conceding an advantage will impact him more than any other manager.

Genuine bewilderment. Amazing to witness something like that, and to be the manager of the player who does it has got to feel pretty special.

Liverpool being linked to Klopp again.(who has admitted he wants to work in the EPL) Arsenal should really show an interest.

Ideal scenario for me is this is Wengers LAST Season and Klopp takes over next Summer.
