Top of the morn to you all.

A rare look at the flat cards for me because Kingy has been excelling on the level for a week or so now. From his last 6 flat runners, he's had three winners and two places so it may just be the right time to take a chance on his flat runners.

Inn The Bull will be fitter from his race at Brighton and although a leap forward is required, at 8/1 i think it's a fairly decent each way bet.

2pm Goodwood Inn The Bull 8/1 each way

Just 3 horses taking on TIME TEST at Newmarket on Friday in the Group 2 over a mile! Deffo looks like he’s scared the opposition away. Sporting Life are predicting 4/7.

Tahiti One 14/1 in the Kempton 5.20. 2lb higher than when 2nd over this distance at Epsom latest and has a couple of Polytrack victories to her name already. Look's overpriced in a very mediocre race for the Tony Carroll yard.

The final decision on the Leger appeal should be due soon, it started a few hours ago i think ?! Any one get involved in the market?

Back with a Bang Bob <applause>

Great Call Bob - had the race set up for him as those up front went too fast on that ground.

Jubilations here. Made my day, and my wife's, and my daughter's. Justice prevails

Well done Bob

"The hearing became heated at times, especially when it came to the head-to-heads between Graeme McPherson QC, representing Simple Verse, and Colm O'Donoghue, rider of Bondi Beach." <laugh>

Rubbish decision, makes the Stewards look completely powerless, and tells jockeys they can barge out of situations if required. Typical of UK racing, manages to cause itself more problems than it ever solves

A very good decision in my book and justice done.

I hope the matter does not end here however as the real issue is the ambiguity in our rules which leave these situations open to interpretation and we can all interpret them differently. I am not sure what the answer is but we need it as black and white as you can get it, somewhere between the UK at present and France.
